TT responded to my request regarding status of my order very quickly with a thorough explanation as to why it could not be fulfilled and I was getting a refund. Excellent customer service.

I hadn't received what I ordered after three weeks but, when I inquired via e-mail, I got an immediate response. from JJ. Thank you for that and the refund.

What a pleasant surprise! I had placed my first time order the first week of January and hadn't heard a peep since then. Since I had never done business with this company I was worried it was a scam. Today I sent them an email and the response was immediate to let me know about the problems with my order. My money is being refunded pronto. One other thing- they really should be more proactive and let customers know when they can't fulfill their orders ASAP instead of waiting for us to contact them.

I rcv'd a response to the inquiry I sent today instantly. I only wish that the company would have informed me sooner about not being able to get the product.

Ordered and they later emailed me it was shipped but still nothing arrived so after another month found no easy contact info only an email address that gets no response. Suspect this website is a scam

Placed an order. Got no tracking but I kept track myself. Said it was delivered. Even had a photo: of someone else's house. Checked with Fed Ex. It had been sent to a different address. Emailed Supply Center. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Cancelled order with my card. Supply Center emailed me saying, "the product is currently out of stock" which has NOTHING to do with my issue. They offered a PARTIAL refund. My conclusion: This joint is a SCAM.

She got back to me right away and gave me all the information I needed, very helpful give her a raise!

I sent an email and within an hour they responded back.
