Many weeks went by with no delivery of my order or any information about it. I figured the items were likely to be hard to get and might take a while, so I waited and didn't contact them for a long time. Once I contacted them, they checked into my order, found they could not get the items, and quickly sent a refund with no problem at all.

The site said fast free shipping but when I got my order placed it started 14 to 28 days for the shipping time. Not exactly fast. After some time I reached out to then inquiring about where my order was. I got an email back fairly quick with an honest explanation as to what happened. I received a refund right away like they said. I will definitely give them another try in the future.

I placed an order for a product. Supply Center USA deducted the money from my account but nearly a month later, no product and no communication. That is why I'm giving them three stars. I emailed them yesterday and received a very congenial email back as well as an email that showed the refund was generated. Customer service was excellent once they responded to my email.

JJ was great informing me about the supplier's inability to provide products they sell. Another complaint had the same issue. The brand needs to get its act together because they are letting down customers.

Jj cxld my order bc unbeknown to ne, my product is not available. So three stars for him catching that. But this info shud hav been made avail to consumer at time of ordering bfore my card was charged. Also i wrote in immediately after getting email order conf this morning asking what form the roll on is in- liquid or crystal. He did Not address this…nor tell me he wud find out. One RIGHT- prompt refund for no inventory but Two WRONGS- didnt acknowledge my email or look into answering my question, and website didnt confirm availability bfore using my credit card. Need to update ur technology. Confirm inventory and POST ON PRODUCT to alleviate all this delay and misuse of consumer money. Thanks

Your response to problem was instant even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I don't have time to go further but I did appreciate your quick service even though I should have been notified a month ago. I will check my credit card to follow for credit but most of the vendors I deal with don't charge me until items are shipped so shame on you for not giving me an immediate refund when you knew it wouldn't be delivered. I should ask for interest.

I ordered something I can't find anywhere else but it never came back in stock on this website either. However they still charged me and waited more than 2 weeks to let me know of their shortage and I wouldn't be getting my order. Be careful
