I contacted the support email regarding a product I had ordered but never received any information or ETA for delivery. JJ from support emailed me back in under 15 minutes, apologizing for the inconvenience, letting me know there was a supply issue, and stating that a full refund was being issued. He was very kind, looked into the problem, and provided the necessary information. Thank you!
