Ordered a product that was discontinued by the manufacturer. The website made it appear to be in stock. They would not take any inquiries until at least 28 days after. I never received the product and had to contact them. JJ informed me that they were still attempting to obtain the item and they would have to refund my purchase. He handled it very professionally and fast. It is a shame that this kind of quality service was not provided up front.

As my earlier review stated my 1st order was eventually refunded but I gave it another chance & re-ordered. I never received that order either. They may have refunded it, I haven’t gone back & checked. I just know I won’t be ordering from supply center again. Very sad because I was excited to find a place to order this vitamin from. 😏

Nothing special. It linked my interest in a car to Shell gasoline site.

Shipping was too long.

I placed an order for two items at the beginning of January. At the end of December, I still hadn't received them. Upon checking the order status, they still hadn't been shipped out. I tried to cancel the order and got a server error. I sent an email to the Contact Us email address. TT responded quickly to my message and immediately provided the requested refund. He explained that the item(s) been on back order for a sometime. TT's quick response is the only reason I'm giving more than one star. The company should have contacted me to let me know why it was taking more than 2 months to fulfill my order. Plus, when I was asked to leave this review, implication was that I was giving a review on TT's customer service, not the company in general. I have since adjusted this review accordingly. Hopefully, you'll have a better experience with this company.

Ordered 42 dollars of merchandise thinking I would get the free shipping the $5 deducted was just fine but then they put the shipping back which to me isn't fair

Placed an order. Got no tracking but I kept track myself. Said it was delivered. Even had a photo: of someone else's house. Checked with Fed Ex. It had been sent to a different address. Emailed Supply Center. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Cancelled order with my card. Supply Center emailed me saying, "the product is currently out of stock" which has NOTHING to do with my issue. They offered a PARTIAL refund. My conclusion: This joint is a SCAM.
