Although I am displeased hearing that I will not receive my products, I am happy with the way customer service handled my case. They explained to me about the outage of supply by the manufacturer, and that they would refund my money. They also provided further resources & suggested that I check them out. I wish I had not waited over 30 days to contact the company to find out why I hadn’t received my order yet. Well, the only way to contact the supplier company was through email, and my email had not been working for a month. I was hoping to find a phone number to call instead. But, it’s all good now the way it worked out.

Replied very quickly and thoroughly explained the situation and resolution, offering addt'l resources for resolution, if needed. Thank you!

The issue was solved quickly I sent an email. They got back to me right away. I was refunded and I’m completely satisfied.

Same issues as many other reviewers. Order item, get a confirmation, get credit card charged. Then nothing. No Shipment. When contacted, they immediatly cancel the order. They seem to be charging and holding your money for as long as possible until you complain, then quickly refunding, to avoid further questions about their shady practice. I would Avoid at all cost!!!!

Customer Service is EXCELLENT!!! I highly recommend Supply Center USA for being honest, trustworthy, and very communicative. They truly exceeded my expectations when I had an issue and turned me into a raving fan!

The person who helped me was very quick to return my problem with the order & give me god information about why the order could not be filled.
