I placed an order for oil lotion way back on June 20, 2025 for $55.59 and NEVER received the items!!!! I would not trust this company again!!! I hope others read this before they order anything as they will pay and never receive their goods!!!

I reached out with a question about an order, and the support team was great. They were patient, informative, and very understanding. It’s good to know the company still prioritizes customer support and communication, even during challenging times.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never received shoes but charged $130. Now the company has disappeared.

I ordered from them back in February. I never heard back from them. It's been six months, and the website is down. Definitely a scam!

I had a question about an existing order and the team was incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and were very understanding about the situation. It’s reassuring to see a company prioritising support and communication, even while facing internal challenges.

I blame Trustpilot's 4+ star rating. I placed an order a $60 order in May because this site gave me a false sense of security. Now all the links to the site are broken, the company is unsearchable, and your broken review system still has them listed as a reputable business. Supply Center USA is a complete scam, and Trustpilot needs a better review synthesis scoring system for businesses that may be conducting legitimate business one day and scamming people the next day.

I did not receive my order. I was in the middle of a big move from Puerto Rico back to the states and tried reaching the company and filing a dispute with my bank. Today I have learned you lost a key member to your team & that is perhaps why I never received my supplements. I am so sorry to hear that. Could you please make sure my order gets to me? I have a new address that I will supply when contacted. Thank you! Kindly, Nikki
