My sunlight sauna arrived and I absolutely love it! I was looking at two different companies, but I went with sunlighten because of Ashley. She was knowledgeable, not pushy, reliable, etc. I would text her on a Friday night or Sunday morning and she'd always get back to him with the answers to my questions. After i had it assembled, I had a couple other questions so I texted her. Because the sale was finalized, I was a little afraid she wouldn't respond. But sure enough, she got back to me with answers and links I was looking for. Ashley went above and beyond and I'm recommending sunlighten and her to my family and friends! Thank you Ashley!

I really enjoyed working with Erik. From my perspective he was really knowledgeable, not pushy with selling the product, and then went above and beyond with helping while we made sure an electrician could complete the work for a reasonable cost. I’m this case we originally got a quote that was outside our budget so he was able to hold the shipment and wait for us to get some other quotes that were more reasonable. Hope the product is half as good as working with Erik!

Salesperson (Scott) was very helpful in guiding me to what unit would work best for us. We were able to "build" a unit that was just right. I did a lot of research and I don't believe there is a better unit out there.

I have really been enjoying my Sunlighten suana. I purchased the Amplify III and both my wife and I have little to no complaints. Only wish I have is that it heated up a little bit quicker - it takes about an hour to get to 130 or above. I will say that sales service with Brookelyn and customer support with Paige has been some of the best I've experienced. They both were kind, patient with my questions and responsive. My Sunlighten came with a damaged door and both Paige and Brookelyn were extremely helpful and quick to replace the broken parts. 10/10 to those two.

I had an issue with my Netflix app on the screen. I called for support and they instructed me over the phone to fix the issue. I am very happy with my spa. I love the health benefits and when I get out of it, I have more energy.
