The sales team, Erik assisted me, was incredible and so helpful. I had originally ordered a solo unit but quickly realized I wanted more and Erik assisted me to cancel/change my order to the 2 person M-Pulse, and I am SOOO happy I did. Ordering process was easy. Assembly was more involved than advertised, so plan for 3 hours with 2 people and you need some muscle, as the glass aspects are heavy! My husband and I love our sauna and it has quickly become an addictive part of our health journey!

Alex was awesome! Smooth purchase, confident and knowledgeable, not one but pushy sales. I had my sauna sooner than I expected. Easy to install and I’m enjoying it very very much!

Enjoyed my conversation with the Sunlighten rep. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide on the right sauna model to get. We assembled it w/o too much trouble. We love the sauna and have been using it regularly for about 3 months. We later ordered a backrest. While it is comfortable, the slats came unglued after a couple of uses. We were able to re-glue it and clamp it and so far so good. We ordered another backrest in late Dec. It's now Feb and we still have not received it. I finally reached out about the status. I received a prompt email response apologizing for the delay. It would have been better if Sunlighten had reached out to me first.

Nick was great to work with. Very Responsive. We are loving our Signature II sauna. It was extremely easy to assemble with very clear instructions.

I finally purchased my first Sunlighten sauna. I love the benefits of sauna and now I will have one of my own at home. Brookelyn has been patiently working with me for months until the timing was right for our family to make the purchase. She was patient and full of helpful information whenever I had questions. I’m happy I choose to go with Sunlighten. It’s a great company with fantastic products.

I just had Chris Reynolds help me buy the Sunlighten 2 person amplify infrared sauna and I am so happy with the way he helped me choose the right one for our household. The patience he had going over everything over 2 days and answering all our questions was the best customer service experience. I highly recommend Sunlighten after much research, help from Chris Reynolds and the best customer service.

Was interested in buying from this company but their harassing phone calls made me change my mind. I also notice a lot of these reviews are the only review that these so called customers have ever left. Screams fake reviews to me.
