I really wanted this to be a great experience. Yet we had a disappointing experience almost ever step of the way. The salesman told me a few untrue things, the sauna arrived missing key pages of the instruction manual, so I set up a space that was not proper for the machine, hired people to help set up and ultimately it didn’t work for months while I went through trouble shooting with sunlighten. Finally they offered to have someone come and help move it and repair. Still never addressed some of the damage it arrived with. We have enjoyed the sauna tho it does not get very warm. Generally a frustrating experience and wish it were not so!

Sunlighten calls you when you have a technical question and walks you through the steps to resolve it so easily! Polite and thorough! Love our sauna!

My representative was very thorough in explaining the product. He didn't try to upsale me when I explained what I was looking for. He gave me a few days to think about my purchase and didn't pressure me.

Darrel is the best. He went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered and our family taken care of. We are dealing with Sunlighten from Canada and we were worried about dealing with a company out of country. But Darrel helped to assure us and look after us with logistics and really helped us feel comfortable. The product is wonderful but Darrel’s support was the extra touch we really needed on this journey to finding a sauna for our health and wellness.

I never had to block a phone number before, but Sunighten put me in that position. Call after call every couple of hours. All I did was request pricing. I narrowed my choice down to three companies and needed prices and availability. I will not consider them now. I hope someone from their company reads some of these negative reviews on this topic and takes action. I don't have their sales data, but they lost this sale. Their solution to spam call is for me to call them.

We've had our Sunlighten Sauna Amplify III for a couple of weeks now and it has performed above and beyond expectations. Company reps are a pleasure to work with, total pros. This is our third home sauna, and the Amplify III is the best by far. Highly recommended. Randy Wayne White Sanibel, Fl.

We bought our sauna on 10/31/22 which included 2 free handmade back rest and a lumiNIR wand. My sauna showed up on 11/8/22, before the 10-14 shipping lead time which was exciting. On the other hand, only one of my free handmade back rests came in on 11/7/22. I've been in contact with customer service a few times since my original order and I keep hearing the story of they are out of stock, so I'm not too thriller about that since we have a 2 person sauna and only one of us gets the back rest, which is usually my wife. This review is a great reminder for me to contact them again. Thank you

After years of research I finally decided to get a Sunlighten sauna. I look forward to using it everyday. I feel refreshed, see things more clearly and my skin reflects how I feel. The biggest notice is that I have not felt the low down feeling of a dreary winter. It is totally worth it!
