almost 2 months since i made a purchase from Sundance, which i returned immediately. i still HAVE NOT received a refund for the sandals that cost me over $100. can't reach anyone by phone; terrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE.

Horrible customer service. Still haven't received the refund I was supposed to get weeks ago after my order was super late. Plus the other jacket still hasn't arrived and no one will return my emails or calls to cancel the order. Worst customer service ever. Huge waste of time and money.

Purchase 4/24/25. Still no receipt and customer service is non-existent. I wish I had read these reviews before losing my money. This company is a sham. Stay away!!!

Purchased 3 items on 1/31/25. After these items were purchased 3 days later I get an email stating that all 3 are on back order between the end of Feb to mid-April! (I purchased these items because their website said it would take 7-10 business days to arrive - in time for our anniversary on Feb 20th.) I emailed them 3 times and called customer service 6 times while waiting for these items to be delivered - always a minimum of 23 minutes. The first 2 items were delivered 3-5 later than they stated. I was told my last item would arrive 4/1/25 - it finally arrived yesterday 5/12/25, along w/the extras of that same item! I called customer service this morning + waited for 24 minutes! I explain to the rep about the situation + she then tells me that she'll email a return label to then box it up + "drop it off" @ FedEx. So I'm supposed to take more of my time to help correct their mistakes! I told to send someone over to my home to pick them up (we live 25 minutes away from their office/warehouse). The rep sends me to their "escalation" department. I leave them my name + number if they'd like to discuss "their" problem! 😡

I returned several items and tracking says it was received at Sundance on 4/15/25. I have not received a credit so I will reach out to American Express for a credit. It's unfortunate this company has turned into a complete sham! DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNDANCE LIVING!!!

Customer service is completely nonexistent! Made a return in early April and it’s still not credited. I have sent 3 emails (as per their website) without any response, Live chat hung up on me when I told her I needed a minute to find the return tracking info and I have been on hold with customer service (?) for 20 minutes so far. They used to be a great company but this is so embarrassing.

Sundance seems to be crashing. Quality of goods is awful and returning items has become a nightmare. They say they'll review your return and email you, but that never happens! I called and waited 45 min on hold only to have a snippy person tell me, it's just the way it goes! Their plan is that you wait over 30 days to call for return label then can no longer return. Boho site does this as well. I'm done!

It is shocking that I need "permission" to return an item that does not fit me. I have not heard back regarding my request to return the shirt and probably never will. I won't ever make a purchase from the Sundance Catalog again, though for years I bought items from them. Have they been bought up by some other corporation?!?
