I ordered earrings from the catalog for my wife's birthday that she had admired. There was no indication that the earrings were not in stock and Sundance promptly processed the credit card payment. I had to place the order and do a customer service inquiry to find out what had happened. Almost 8 weeks later, and well after the birthday, the earrings arrived. After reading a recent article in the Salt Lake Tribune as well as the reviews below, the reason is obvious. Interesting reading to be sure. While I would like to support the talented jewelry designers who supply Sundance, The Sundance catalog will hit the trash unopened from now on.

The jewelry prices are ridiculous, especially for a leather strand necklace with a few turquoise disc's on it. Hit up the bead district in Manhattan, you can make 10 of those or more for what they are charging in the 2025 summer catalog I'm done!!

Dont waste your money with this company. The clothing is overpriced and low quality. it definitely does not look like how it is pictured. Has definitely gone downhill in the last few years. They must get a lot of items returned to them. My return took 3 1/2 weeks from when my USPS trackimg said they received it. Per a reply to an email I sent they have returns on pallets and process in order received. Also, when you request to start the return process you have to wait for them to “approve “ your refund and email you shipping labels. I will never buy from this company again.

Customer for >25 yrs. The bracelet was delivered damaged, in terrible condition, item, box, envelope. I waited 40 minutes on hold to reach Customer Service. While the Rep was kind, and processed the Return diligently, this item and the delivery process was not at a standard I would expect from Sundance. In fact, they have gone so far downhill in the past few years to a point where I will no longer shop there.

Like so many of the other reviews I have just read on TrustPilot, my personal experience recently has been terrible. I discovered today (in speaking with a Sundance representative) that the product i ordered nearly 60 days ago - April 1st 2025 - was oversold! They charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed, with no subsequent follow up notifying me that the product was no longer available. I had to make the call three days ago, and then again today since I never heard back. I am utterly disappointed in their service and have asked them not only refund my purchase (we’ll see when i get it) but to remove me from their catalog mailing list. Too bad I’ve had to end this 20 year+ relationship with Sundance but their customer service, as of late, is reprehensible and inexcusable. Shame on you, Robert Redford!!!

Do not buy from this company. Quality has gone down hill over the years. Bought shorts and they were see through and more like a pajama material...not to go out. Picture online is misleading. I emailed to say I wanted to do a return and got automatic email back that I'd be contacted by them by email with refund directions. No email. Contacted them and waited on hold for more than 45 minutes before hanging up. Had to message them...was about 20th in line and had to wait a long time. Customer service was awful.

It took me 6 emails, 5 phone calls and 3 live chats to finally get through to someone for a refund. My original order was made on March 21 and I finally received my refund on May 14. Also during this whole time I never received the dress. I used to love this company but after this experience, I will never shop there again.

What happened? I haven’t told been purchasing from Sundance catalog for over 25 years. That company is gone and an imposter has taken its place. You need permission to return an item that doesn’t come close to the catalog photographs. It is gone, quality of clothes, customer service. Thankfully, my closets are full of high quality stylish past purchases. They will be my wardrobe for years to come.
