So sad to see the recent steep decline of this company. It was so reliable and a joy to do business with for decades. Now the website is awful, $200+ dresses show only one photo in the listing, the necessary search filters are gone or are inaccurate, I click on an item and a different one opens. The catalog has also lost its luster AND its accuracy. So many issues, I will not do business with them anymore.

Sundance used to be so great. Lately my experience has been awful. I ordered 2 items on May 6. They immediately charged me the almost $300 and said they were backordered and expected to ship May 20th. June 6, they still haven't shipped. I started a chat with them and got nothing but attitude. The rep said a refund was already in the works. Sure it was. Never again.

I ordered shoes that were to arrive in 2-3 days. It now has been19 days, two calls, and approximately 30 minute hold times. In addition, I sent two unanswered emails. Once I got to the associate, s/he were helpful. Both times I asked for a manager; she responded quickly, and I was able to cancel my order. However, I will NEVER order from Sundance again. Clearly, handing over to the SHOP app has been a disaster. Sundance, clean up your act or let it go. Never again, Sundance.

Now an ugly catalog, website and clothes. This was a magical retail experience and set a high bar for beautiful artisan goods. My decades-long go-to for home decor, furniture, jewelry, shoes and clothes. I will not be shopping Sundance.

I placed an order 3 months ago, I was told the item was back ordered to April 15th, then May 15th. I called 2 weeks ago to check on the status and was told that the top I ordered was in and going through quality control. I called again today and was told the exact same thing. To add insult to injury I had to wait 10 minutes just to do a live chat, in the meantime I was on hold with their 800 customer service, I was on hold with them for 26 minutes before I gave up and hung up. This company charges a LOT for their clothing, you would think that they would have top notch customer service. I am a pretty loyal customer, but this might be my last order.

I tried to call Sundance and I was on hold for 21.19 minutes. I finally gave up. I absolutely used to love this catalog but since it has been sold it is a complete disappointment. Not only is the catalog a disappointment but also trying to contact Sundance is ridiculous. Sundance has been so wonderful for so many years but now it is just a bust. Sad to see that but I will not be purchasing anything from them anymore. And my friends have ordered and paid for the items but after placing the order it turns out that Sundance dosen't have the product and it takes 3 or 4 weeks for the buyer to get their money back. That is just bad business all the way around. Don't order from Sundance because they may not have what you have ordered and then you can't get your money back for quite a while. I hate to post all this but it is the truth.

The items are overpriced. They mark down items but if they end in a .98 or .97 you can't return them. They used to be a much better company. I would run not walk away from them.

My wife ordered a very nice dress that she planned on wearing to our daughter's wedding. Upon its first arrival was deemed to be too big. She sent it back for an exchange. This is when the problems started. We were told on several occasions that it was in packaging and would be delivered within 4-5 days. 3 months later still no dress. They blamed it on their new system. Very disappointed. Terrible communication and customer service.
