I ordered a blazer a week ago for an event. It still hasn’t shipped. It will not be here in time for said event. I’ve been trying to cancel the order, they won’t let me because they say it is processing. Every day I check and it has not shipped. I don’t know why I cannot cancel or why it has not shipped. I hope I am able to return it. With any other company I have been able to cancel orders. Their customer service has been sub par.

Return process very difficult so far. Requested return and it had to be "approved". Have been waiting several days for the "review" of return. Tired of having to check my email everyday to see if I can return the items.

Ordered a shirt and a sweater. Linen shirt seems really well made. Sweater was supposed to be a large. It was maybe a child’s large. Laid it on top of a large sweater I ordered from them last year and the sleeves were literally 3-4 inches shorter. Called, complained, got a return shipping label. It took them 22 days from the time THEY received the item back to refund me. I noticed that they were selling the sweater as “petite” afterwards. Still too small for “petite”. Disappointed in this company and after reading the other reviews, glad I escaped relatively unscathed.

I was always a big fan of Sundance, before Sundance Living, as it was original, rustic, and creative. Still creative, but the price is really over done. I purchased a necklace for $175 (caged pearl). Looks great! But the quality feels like it is plastic. Just be aware. Definitely not worth $175. Will take this company off my fav list.

I have been a customer of Sundance since they began the catalogue many, many yrs. ago. A lot of my home furnishings that are my very favorite things are items I watched for a long time, saved the money and was overjoyed to finally purchase. The furniture was expensive, but not insanely so (as the “one of a kind” items now are). The quality was OUTSTANDING and I still have all the big purchase items and LOVE them to this day. The customer service was solid for many years. Then I watched as cheap goods slowly took over. Then I watched poor quality clothes roll in. Then I saw my beloved home furnishings offerings disintegrate. The reason this is so sad to me is because they had NO COMPETITOR on the national level! How can you mess your division (that was profitable for years) when you have no true competitor that offers the styles, uniqueness and quality you have? The new CEO is the absolute WORST. The rebrand is horrible. The clothes lost all of the brand spirit and look like common things you can buy at Macy’s or any mass producer. The ENTIRE loyal customer base is made up of people that loved Southwestern and Big Sky country style, and artisan made goods. The current CEO is doing NOTHING original and abandoning EVERYTHING that the longtime customers loved. If she thought it wise to start over and try to attract new customers, I have NO IDEA who her target is: Is it Macy’s customers? Going for that demographic is business suicide due to the sheer volume of competitors whose customers have zero reason to be brand loyal. It is ironic that all these years later, I can actually afford the furniture and special home finds I used to covet for so long. I don’t have to wait two years to buy it anymore, but now, I stalk the site like a madman, hoping there will be a sudden return to the original spirit of the once beautiful brand. I have moved multiple times and so I need some furniture, but no one offers what the Sundance of yore offered. Heart broken.

We are a wholesaler working with this company and we wish we would have looked up reviews BEFORE we sent them over $4500 in goods for their catalog store, only to have them now 90 days LATE in paying their bill to us! This company looks to be ready for bankruptcy and can't even pay their bills to their many creditors! Buyer beware getting anything from them! Any companies out there if you send any product get FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT BEFORE SENDING! We filed with the BBB as we are trying to warn others as much as possible.

Horrible! I placed an order 3 weeks ago and every time I contact customer service it is a different story. Apparently one item"sold out" and another will "be shipped today" - keep hearing the same excuse. Will never order from them again!

0 stars if I could. Paid for two day shipping. Even emailed the company to make sure it would ship on time. It never shipped and it’s now 5 days later. Having Amex dispute the charge. Trying to get a return on another item-requested that the same time and still nothing. Will be reporting them to BBB
