Order was placed for two items only received one, with no delivery status for second item. Have made three attempts to contact Company but no response. Purchased through SHOP also no help. Would recommend shoppers reconsider using either one of these companies. While Sundance can have quality products their customer service is lacking. And while SHOP can conveniently take your money they cannot help getting it back. Also, SHOP is connected to Affirm, so just be aware of risks when using any of the services.

Ordered a shirt and a sweater. Linen shirt seems really well made. Sweater was supposed to be a large. It was maybe a child’s large. Laid it on top of a large sweater I ordered from them last year and the sleeves were literally 3-4 inches shorter. Called, complained, got a return shipping label. It took them 22 days from the time THEY received the item back to refund me. I noticed that they were selling the sweater as “petite” afterwards. Still too small for “petite”. Disappointed in this company and after reading the other reviews, glad I escaped relatively unscathed.

Ordered two shirts totaling $140.97 with taxes and shipping. They delivered one shirt promptly with a note on the order form saying that the expected date for delivery on the other shirt was 4/4/25. When paying my credit card bill I saw they charged for both shirts. The shirt I received was $61.62 with taxes and shipping. I waited two weeks. When the 2nd shirt did not arrive I call and asked if they had sent it out. The lady said no it was still on back order. When I told them to refund the amount of the unsent shirt until they actually sent it out she told me that was not their policy. I cancelled the order and asked them to refund my account. They refunded me $73.65, but pocketed $5.70. I guess it was taxes and shipping on an unsent shirt. Never again!

I placed order for boots on 11/30/2024. When did not get them 3weeks later, called and told to give more time. Emailed on 29th with no response. Called again on 2nd and told boots have been on backorder and will refund me for the boots. Have not received the refund. Called again today and sitting on hold now for nearly an hour☹︎ Update, did finally receive refund for boots.

Product quality is very good but Heaven help you if you expect to receive your order within a reasonable time. The last 2 orders I’ve placed have been a week late. No explanation or attempt by Customer Service to investigate or expedite. When I contact CS their standard response is… “it’s on its way”. Notifications for shipments are very poor. I’m done with ordering through Sundance online.

Poorly run website: Forget ordering from an iPad or iPhone because it will ask you to reset your password every time you try to login. 1. There is no search bar and you can only filter results by price. I can’t think of another clothing site that lacks both of those items. 2. Clothing—and even jewelry sometimes—is hit or miss on quality. I’m guessing they’re using more and more international inventory and factories sites with poor quality control. (They began their company using local artisans). 3. Besides not being able to search or filter by size, it takes them so long to remove sold out items So plan on spending a colossal amount of time searching for your items. 4. Shipping starts at 10 bucks and plan on paying shipping on returns. And shipping is not fast. 5. Ready to check out? Plan on the likelihood of things being pulled because they’re sold out (even though they let you put it in your cart). They have beautiful things, but for all the reasons I’ve listed, I’m finished shopping there.

I have been a customer of Sundance for at least 15 years and much has changed. The prices (which were always high) have gotten higher. But the quality has gone down. Some of my recent purchases were comparable to $40 dresses on Amazon, for which Sundance charges $168. More disturbing, the return handling is abysmal. After 5 weeks have passed and no credit appears, I have to call (sometimes twice) to request they process my return. They blame this on staff shortages due to COVID (just like everyone does now) but somehow they manage to ship items and charge on time. I still shop on Sundance but not as often or liberally.

Overpriced. Inconsistent quality. (Jewelry -- especially poor quality.) They do NOT pay for returns. Reviews of items do NOT ask for the most important information -- whether the item runs big, small or true to size. I always have to reorder something do I like in a different size and pay for the returns.
