I ordered an item on November 4 as a present to Christmas. received an email a day later saying the item was back ordered. to Dec 4th. not a problem plenty of time til Christmas. No communication or item by Dec 10th so I email, and email again no response. Call on Dec 16th, hold for 20 min. I am told there are 4 orders and only two items in stock. Cant tell me if I am one of the lucky ones or when they can tell me if I am one of the lucky ones. Still available online and they are still taking orders for the item.

I have ordered from this company for years. I have always been annoyed by their overpriced shipping charges but like their products. I purchased a purse recently that began to fall apart after a month. I contacted them, they sent me a return shipping label and off it went. It's been five weeks and the purse has yet to make it back to Sundance. They sent it ground so it can't be tracked. They just keep telling me they're not surprised because it can take a long time. I spent $300 plus $20 to ship to have it fall apart in one month and now I'm in limbo. Never again with Sundance.

Terrible customer service and return policy. This company is awful. I ordered a $400 rug that was not as pictured and is the most horrible rug I have ever seen. To return the rug, I had to wait 2 weeks to get a return label, and now that they have received the rug, I have to wait another week or two before they credit my account. And they charge a return shipping fee of $12.No one charges for return shipping. I have never ordered from a company that makes you wait 2 weeks to get a return label and another 2-3 weeks to refund your money. It seems to me they are just trying to hold on to my money for as long as possible. Terrible service and products, will NEVER order from this company again.

I have been ordering from this company for over 20 years and finally decided to stop. I am tired of their poor customer service. They are stingy when it comes to returns. They sent me a $50 certificate for being a loyal customer. I bought a shirt with it but ended up returning the shirt, and there was no way to credit me the $50 certificate. There are so many other companies with better return policies-- like Garnet Hill. I will take my money elsewhere.

I bought a very expensive loveseat. It is not as advertised. The colors in person are quite different -- different enough that I had to cover it with a slipcover. Customer service -- especially through their chat system -- is abominable. I don't recommend this company. Be very wary and don't believe their product descriptions.

Ordered from this catalogue for the 1st time recently, the 3 items were almost $300, and was a long time for them to arrive but was acceptable in today's covid climate. Tried on items but did not fit, they were returned in original packaging immediately. They charge you to return (shipping fees) and after they receive, there is small print that specifies up to 30 days for your money to be returned. This is unacceptable in online shopping today. Will not order from them again.

I am almost always extremely satisfied with anything I buy from Sundance. Their clothes, shoes, and bedding are well made and long wearing. The one time I had a problem with a custom item's quality, they took it back even though there were supposed to be no returns and sent a redo. There customer service reps are lovely and very patient when you are ordering items and have questions. The cotton bedding used to be softer, then it currently is, would like to see that go back to the way it was, but all and all, everything I have bought from them, I have been pleased with. Things are shipped quickly and safely.

Purchased a ring from the catalog. Was backordered for months. Customers service never notified me. I had to reach out twice for status update. Finally the ring arrived and it was so cheap looking. So disappointed.
