This is Jes MaHarry’s fourth art piece I’ve purchased from Sundance. I’m drawn to her unique positive earthy spirituality. Her “ Be Brave Token”, mother and child piece speaks to me. Our five cats and my sister’s five dogs are like children to me. The drawing is beautiful, touches me so much. The quotation inspires me as well, I had the piece made into a necklace. It reminds me ever day to “...Be Brave, have courage and Love Life.” MBdancer

They have unique designs that are often copied and ripped off by scammers from overseas. I have several blouses and a few jewelry pieces from them. I have found the quality on clothing to be lacking-too delicate for me that doesn't hold up to regular wear and laundry.

I came to know the catalog by another customers catalog and loved the look and styling. If anything I poured over photos of models to admire and emulate the styles with clothes I currently have. I agree that shipping/handling in addition to taxes on already pricey clothes is a burden and mostly will buy sparingly. Shipping takes 5 to 10 days not fast for the price but I live in Northeast not out West where Sundance does business. I ordered a few items last two years since learning about the company. It is sometimes hard to judge what clothes will look like from pics angle, lighting changes colors, tucked in shirts etc. Returns and exchanges seem to take a long time to process and customers have to be patient in that regard. I have read from long-time customers that quality control not the same as once was. For detailing of clothes and price paid, quality should be better (for environment as well as textile industry seen as environmentally degrading business).

Stevie and that Kansas City store was amazing! She fb lived me so I could see the clothes. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was right there with her. I love the products I get from Sundance and working with Stevie just makes it better!! Diana Burress

The 1* is for their customer service (actually the lack of). The catalog offers tons of products although they seem to be very overpriced. They do, however, have an outlet with much lower prices. Just be aware that contacting their customer service department is useless. They never will reply to any emails. And by that I refer to sending an email message via their own contact form on their website. That is very unprofessional. So if you happen to like an item and purchase only do so if you believe that you won't need any help from customer service as you won't receive any!

I placed an order in the Scotsdale AZ store during their 20% off sale. Nothing was in stock in sizes needed. The lady was VERY helpful. She had to order one item from another store, which they FedEx shipped. The other items were via the online catalog. Free shipping! All items arrived timely. I did have to return a pair of sandals that didn't fit. Again, the store was very accommodating. Very happy with my experience.

My husband bought a bracelet as a present. It fell apart. I contacted the company and it has taken months to try to get support. They do not get back to you, they say they are going to do something then don’t. It has been a very frustrating process. So extremely disappointed.

I've been a customer for years, but I am well and truly tired of the high shipping/return charges. (Clothing sizes are not standard, so ordering is always a gamble.) Jewelry is another gamble. Prices are high and quality inconsistent, even with the more well known artisans. Also, why does their gold jewelry not bear a hallmark?
