I have had SO MUCH TROUBLE returning an order. Requested a return label THREE TIMES and still have not received it. Beware!!!

I have had issues with my last few orders. One never arrived when I called they said it must be lost. I had been billed already. Second order same issue billed no product. Sent 2 emails no response so decided to call waited 45 minutes on hold for a rep They said it just came in and we pre bill for backorders. I tried to say that isn't right if it isn't in stock, she said that is what they are doing and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service

I'm only giving Sundance 1-star because I have to. I ordered a blouse that never arrived. After 2 weeks I emailed the company and got a non-answer. After 4 weeks I put my purchase in dispute. For then past 4 weeks it has been "under review" and I have not gotten any answers. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and have not heard anything. I will never buy anything from them again.

Packaged up a return item, took to U.S. Post Office, and was told that the "free" return label was a "hoax", and not useable. I placed a call to Sundance, waited in call queue more than 50 minutes (!!), and was then disconnected at the other end. WOW! Just like calling your cable company... The brand is toxic, save yourself the angst and move along.

My wife and I have both shopped with Sundance for years and always loved the uniqueness and artistry. Quality was always top notch and we have spent thousands with them. The last 3 purchases have been severely disappointing. Low quality, color or fabric didn't even come close to the catalog. Customer service is gone craftsmanship is gone quality is gone. Sad to say our most recent purchase will be our last. I can't believe they are burying this company in the ground.

Horrible just by looking at the site, it's just horridpoor quality terrible site. The closing is obviously cheaper. The embroidery is terrible. That's about all I gotta say.

Paid 29.95 for 2 day air. Product arrived 4 days later. They told me all they refund is 9.95 for all shipping charges, regardless of what you paid for. When I complained they told me they'd give me a one time courtesy refund for the full amount. How nice of them ! Then when then item was unsatisfactory, I sent it back and it took 4 weeks to get a refund. This place is a big NO-NO !!! Stay away !!!

I ordered quite a few clothes from this catalogue in mid January. It is not over a month and I have not heard from the company or received the items in my order. Buyer Beware!
