I had placed an order but after I ordered realized I had order the wrong length so I reached out to customer service. My experience with Customer service was great, they responded to my request right away and resolved my issue.

Same as the other lady, you took my money your phone number doesn’t work. You sent me a fake text with a fake FedEx tracking number that does not work and you basically have stolen my money. I thought you were a fake company because I’ve never seen anything so irresponsible at a time when I really needed this piece because I got a bad haircut and I’m a big realtor and it’s my brand. It was very important to me and I ordered it for photo shoot my very first wig because I grow long hair and it was a horrendous experience!!! I am also a content builder and if this is not quickly rectified, I’ll be letting my 14,000 followers know that this is the way you treat your customers

I love the texture of the hair, it’s not hot sometimes I forget I have it on. When I have reached out I receive a quick response the customer service is spectacular and the shipping is fast as well. I will continue to shop with Sunber Hair

What made this experience great is, and throughout the entire process, I was able to text someone, and they responded back in a timely matter regards my unit. With this particular unit, it did take a little longer than normal. But someone reached out to me, letting me know that this unit had a delay and even offered me another unit. Of course. I decline another unit because I wanted what I wanted. You know how we Women are. But I am completely satisfied. I received my unit yesterday. And it even came in a bag instead of the box, so I was extremely excited and impressed. Someone from the company reached out again. JUST to let me know that I received it. I honestly truly appreciate how informed they kept me.

My experience with Sunber was wonderful. I was contacted by text letting me know that the hair I wanted was out of stock in the inches wanted. I needed the hair ASAP for my upcoming graduation. They made sure I had the hair in a timely manner. My hair arrived 5 days early as they shipped it by Fedx. I am a loyal customer of Sunber. The hair is soft and beautifully crafted.
