The delivery was on time, which I really appreciated, and the customer service was wonderful. The hair itself is soft and nice. It’s not quite as full as I would have liked, but the density is still adequate and I’m pleased with the overall quality. They also included some free gifts with my order, which was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is the number of promotional emails and text messages they send, as they can become a bit excessive and annoying. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and had a positive experience.

The wig is shiny, bouncy and nice curls. The product arrived in 3 days. The unit is definitely worth the money. Will purchase from them again.

I was able to connect with a Sunber representative, in the email conversation, she introduced herself as Rosie, and throughout the entire turmoil, she was able to resolve the issue.

Customer service was great. I was having an issue with the hair I purchased and not only did they give me some great tips on how to care for the hair, they also gave me a partial refund. I really like the wig and look forward to trying another style in the future

I had a few issues with the unit but customer service was very understanding and prompt with helping me get the return process started and stayed in communication until the process was completed.
