I purchased a wig from this company via their website after jumping through hoops. Then they bombarded me with endless emails. And text messages, over 17 in one day. They double-invoiced me, two separate invoices, and tried to get me to pay twice for the same purchase under two different invoice numbers. I had to block their text messages and report them as spam. When the wig finally arrived after a week and a half, later than the predicted delivery, it was very poor quality. It was super thin and did not look like the unit online. They sent another fraudulent invoice, and now I am reporting what happened here. Do not buy from this company. I had success with their wigs on Amazon and thought it would be the same, just with more choices, but I quickly learned that buying directly from them was a nightmare. First, I could not check out properly from their website; then the nonstop emails and text messages trying to sell me more wigs, addressing me as "sis" and all this other mess to make it seem as if they were "down with the culture." It was demeaning. Then I got the wig late. Then, when it arrived, it was horrible quality. Now, they are asking for double payment. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM!

Every time I've ordered hair from this company, it has been NOTHING like the photo. I kept trying to give them a chance. This was my last time ordering hair from this HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE HAIR COMES FROM CHINA. THE LAST ORDER HAD A STRONG SMELL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH!

The delivery was on time, which I really appreciated, and the customer service was wonderful. The hair itself is soft and nice. It’s not quite as full as I would have liked, but the density is still adequate and I’m pleased with the overall quality. They also included some free gifts with my order, which was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is the number of promotional emails and text messages they send, as they can become a bit excessive and annoying. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and had a positive experience.

I was skeptical at first when my order was late, I contact Sumber Hair, the wig came. I was not satisfied with the color,I end up doing a refund. My refund was immediately given to me. I highly recommend this company. Sumber Hair will make it right. Thank you SunberHair.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I PURCHASED MY WIG FROM SUNBER 3 WEEKS AGO I WORE THE UNIT 6 DAYS AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WEAR IT SINCE. I LITERALLY WORE THE HAIR A COUPLE OF HOURS A DAY AND IT BEGAN TO TANGLE BAD, WHEN ATTEMPT TO COMB IT ITS FRIZZES VERY BADDLY AT THE ENDS AND PRESENTS MUCH LIKE A SYNTHETIC WIG! ITS DEFINITELY NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR. ITS DEFINITELY SYNTHETIC BLEND! I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. AND IM FINDING OUT NOW THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE SCAMMED. THIS IS AWFUL...FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! DO NOT BUY! I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE A VIDEO REVIEW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PURCHASE TO WARN OTHERS!!!
