At first they were out of my choice, but they were very helpful in finding a replacement of my liking great work.

I place an order a few weeks ago and then I received and email stating that my order could not be complete due to customization issues, after the monies was taken from my account I tried to reach out without any luck customer service was the worst without any help whatsoever then I was told my order could not be found several time so they stopped contacting me, they have my money and I have no wig/hair just awful..

The hair is amazing, i just had to order another wig as soon as i received the first one. And the service i got from the customer contact was great, they are so attentive. Thank you Sunber Hair, I'm getting good compliments for the hair and my friends are interested in where I'm buying my hair.

Order # PSunber18125964.I'm not sure what ya'll have going on, but I'm sensing SCAM!!! I order three wigs yesterday and started receiving text messages after 11PM about one of the wigs I ordered. Encouraging ( not giving me the option) me to choose another color because the one I ordered has to be customized( as if you didnt know that when I ordered). When I inquired about how long it would take I was basically told to just choose the other color. I don't want the other color. I ask for a complete refund for entire order so I can go somewhere else and shop. I also asked why I was being text so late and not emailed( ignored). I continued to get text with no regard to how inconsiderate and disrespectful it was. This morning I wake up to a 200 dollar gift card in my email, with no explanation and no emails regarding my order cancelation. What are ya'll doing?? This is ridiculous!!!! I wish I could have uploaded a copy of the ridiculous text I received after hours (11pm to 3am). I also paid for rush delivery. It should have said the one item had to be customized and gave a date to be received, and gave me the option to wait or not order!!!
