This is my second time ordering from sunber and they contacted me right away about an issue with the wig I ordered. I had to go to a 16 in instead of 14 and they covered the price difference and shipped it right away so I could have it before the holiday. Great communication and service. I like their wigs and have no worries ordering from them in the future!

Received the wrong wig. I ordered the Sunber Summer Bob Blonde Highlights Brown 7x5 Bye-Bye Knots Yaki Straight Short Bob Wig pre bleached, plucked and cut. The unit in the photos has a balayage highlight or ombré highlight of a brownish highlight. I received a bob with 2 large highlighter blonde streaks in the front from root to tip and the lace not cut. The highlight job is skunk style NOTHING like the photo and apparently they don’t take returns on sale items. My first time ordering with them years ago was a miss due to the quality of the lace, but I said I’d give it another try. Epic fail and disappointment. Big scam- never again! First let me say customer service is absolutely amazing. I made an error on my order and they fixed it with no issues and rep was so polite. The shipping was fast and the hair is absolutely amazing. Bouncing curls and the colour's is beautiful. Definitely have a few more items I need to purchase.

I Contacted Customer Service a few days ago to exchange a wig ,Being that I ordered the wrong one .They are diligent and Quick to reply and are already in the process of sending me the wig I wanted. I couldn't be happier with their customer service,I would recommend them based on this alone and because the quality of their hair eats EVERY TIME!!
