My Experience With Sunber Was Great!!! My Package Arrived On Time. And The Quilty & Everything They Said It Was, It Was. I Was Very Satisfied. It Was Package Well, Everything Was In Place. I Will Definitely Be Ordering Again From Sunber Hair.

Inquired about the delivery for my…
Inquired about the delivery for my order and was told it'll take 1-2 weeks to make (I needed it for this week because I'm going out of town), Sunber was very apologetic and asked if I'd like to exchange for another one like the one I ordered....which was fine if it meant I'd get it sooner but, they got my order and sent it out right away (hopefully it comes on the 29th) I appreciate how they effectively communicated with me and offered a solution so that I'd still get something. I'm satisfied with them... hopefully it'll be a smoother transaction the next time I order

Still have not received my order
Still have not received my order placed on May 18th. Sent an email to customer service and no response. Tried calling but the number doesn't work. This company sucks and is the absolute worst. I do not recommend ordering from them

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery! I ordered and had no problems afterwards! Wig came in beautiful shape! I literally popped her on and went about my day!
