SugarbabycareReviews of sugarbabycare.co

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, no order number was provided with the order confirmation email. I had to email them and ask for an order number, which they provided. When I use the order they gave to track the order on their website, it says the order couldn’t be found. I asked that my order the cancelled and I be refunded…radio silence. DO NOT order from these people. They have poor customer service and order fulfillment processes. I have never received my order. Very unprofessional Update #1: DO NOT BELIEVE the “hooray I received my order” comments on Instagram and here in these reviews. Those comments are part of the scam. They may have delivered products to people back in the spring and summer of 2023, but no one has recently received anything. Dispute the charges with your bank or cc. UPDATE #2: Ordered 12.30.2023 received order 02.20.2024. Ugh!! Added a star because when used on my face, the glow up pads have a tingling sensation that I find pleasing

This company is a scam! I ordered the glow up pads on Sunday 21 and then for an extra 15% so I ordered another pack. I received emails my order was received but nothing else. I emailed this company on the 23rd no reply emailed again on 24th no response. I disputed the charges with my bank. Now it’s 1/26/24 and still no response from this company. The orders numbers say my order doesn’t exist. My funds have been refunded through my bank

Tell them you are going to report them and the bad reviews to the BBB and they will send out your order, they are deleting bad reviews

Never received the product. Customer Service is NONEXISTENT. I have sent 3 unanswered emails. I was charged because a shipping label was created, but the package was never shipped. Inplaced the oder December 18.. it is January 24 and I have no product and no answers.

This isn’t a fraud company the products do in fact come JUST 2 months later . So be aware , even if you pay to rush there is a wait .

This company is fraud. Please do not buy anything from this company. I wish I knew this before I had purchased. I placed an order on December 7 of 2023 and I still haven’t received anything. I had sent them several emails concerning my order and they never responded, I had also commented under their post on Instagram and they keep deleting the comments, but they would only leave the good comments on the posts.

I see I’m not the only one highly upset about the lack of care for customers. I reached out to see why my order had not shipped and I was told that some of the items I ordered were out of stock, which is understandable. So I get a notification that my order has shipped. I got excited because I thought I was going to receive my products soon. I received a tracking number and I’ve been checking it to see when my order would arrive. Well guess what it’s still in pre shipment. I ordered on 12/29/23, got a tracking number on 1/19/24. I reached out to get an update and no response! I can’t say the products are trash because I have yet to try them but their customer service is beyond trash! Ignoring customers does not make the problem go away. It only makes us more upset. If you’re upfront and honest about what’s happening, people are more understanding than you think! I’m so mad. I’m going to give them 1 more week to ship my items. If tracking is not updated by then I will dispute with my bank.

Zero stars!!! Buyer run and do not give them your money. I have filed a dispute to have my money reimbursed. I never received my product. I sent multiple emails. No response from them. I wish I could send picture proof for everyone to see.
