This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I placed my order In Nov.We are now in February and no product or refund after numerous attempts and communications. I have been waiting months for my $200 order. And they refuse to acknowledge my refund request. With no product and out of my money . Don’t bother people!! I ordered 11/28/23 it is now feb 4th and no product no refund !

Do not purchase from this company they are a total scam! I placed an order the end of November it is February and I have not received anything. I emailed a month after my order and was told they were on back order then received a tracking number. The order was never taken to the post office for delivery so I emailed again in January and was told my order was lost and they will send another one. I have not received my order or a response. I really wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Wow..I should have read the reviews before ordering. I’m always leery about ordering from these sites and this is why. I placed an order on 1/10/24 and still have not received my order. I have contacted the company..just waiting on a response…

I am here to say this is not a SCAM!!’ Surprisingly, I received my sugar baby products in the mail today. I can’t tell you how well they work but I wanted to let everyone know they did arrive. I placed my order December 23rd the items arrived January 31st. Just like most people on this site, I received a return email confirming SugarBaby was in receipt of my order but I never received an order number nor a tracking number. I sent 3 emails requesting information. A response was sent to the first email stating they are on back order. I received no response to the following 2 email. A week following my last email my products were in my mailbox.

DO NOT buy from them! They do not respond to emails nor Dms. I have not received my order since December no communication of delay in shipping nothing. Extremely unprofessional deletes any comments so you don't know about their issues.

This company is running a scam. Before you buy anything online, research the company especially on BBB before you purchase from them. I purchased $130 worth of products and haven't seen any of it. When I tried tracking the package with the order number provided, the website said no order exist. I tried emailing them twice no followup email received. But yet, they're still texting me about purchasing additional merchandise. There is no number to call for customer service.

This company is complete trash. The fact that customers have to potentially way over two months just to receive an order is disgusting. I placed an order over a month ago with minimal response from the business and have been waiting for my items. The fact that this company was so easily able to take our money but A. run out of shipping supplies and B. Claim the item was out of stock is pathetic. If you don't have shipping supplies and your product is out of stock, Please don't leave your consumer to believe that you actually are a functioning business. We all want to support small businesses, but leading a consumer to wait over two months to receive a product is horrible customer service and regardless how amazing your product may be. The overall experience will ensure that I will never purchase from you again. But don't worry I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company to ensure that customers like myself don't get screwed over by your antics. Great way to start a 2024 year.

UPDATE: I finally received all of my orders in the past 2wks. Although I received everything that I ordered, I won't order from them again. It shouldn't take 2mo to receive an order from Florida. Add in the worst part, which is the terrible customer service, and I just can't trust them, which is sad because they have a great product. I placed two (2) orders with them the first week of January, and a third (3rd) order a couple days later. They were having a sale. I haven't received so much as a tracking number or shipping notification on the first two orders. Nothing. The third order has been sitting somewhere in Florida since January 10th, with no movement or updates since. Post office hasn't even picked it up yet. They don't respond to my emails asking where my orders are. I told them if they don't have what I ordered, then to just refund my money. Silence. I've messaged them several times now. Silence. They're definitely not operating honestly as a reputable company should. Worst customer service ever. I want what I ordered, or all my money back.
