I do not remember signing up for a subscription and I needed to be canceled
Somehow, I was signed up for subscription when I made a one time purchase they are consistently trying to take money out of my account that I don’t have.

Products work okay, DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER YOU WRITE SEVERAL EMAILS TO CANCEL. AVOID SUBSCRIPTIONS.

SugarBabyCare entity has a poor business practice for "manipulating" customer bank account without actually subscribing the interval shipped orders. It owes me sixty-nine dollars and ninety-six cents after I returned unrequested batch of orders twice.

Made a one time purchase of the glow wash, i cannot tell if the product is good or not because i barely use it. The reason i give the 2 stars is because not even a month yet since i received the product, which i did not subscribe to anything, my bank account was changed $64 from this company as if I had a subscription with them. Mind you, my purchase was only $29. Customer Service is non existent, they never replied to my email. Thank goodness I was able to report it as fraud to my bank and got my money back and cancelled my card, horrible just horrible

I wanted to try this product one time. ONE time, to see if it works for my skin. I went to purchase one time, and got signed up for a subscription somehow. I did not realize it until I saw a charge for a second order December 15, 2025. So, I email to have this fixed. No response. I tried to cancel it on the website, not given a choice to. I called the number on the website, NOTHING. I believe to be highly unprofessional for a business to not respond to their customers and continue to take their money. At this point, I have sent a final email letting it be known I do not wish to have a subscription, didn't choose to have a subscription, do not send me another product, do not charge me another dime, or I will dispute it with my credit card company. I am not out here to scam people oit of there product. I do not want it.

I would like to share that I contacted the office today and had a very concerning experience. The individual I spoke with was unprofessional, repeatedly disconnected the call, and declined to transfer me to a supervisor or manager when requested. I was auto enrolled to a monthly subscription and was charged. When I requested a refund and to cancel the subscription, she tried to convince me to stay when declined she became nasty and hung up on me. This interaction was disappointing and did not align with the quality or values associated with what is otherwise a strong and reputable product. I felt it was important to make you aware of this experience.

1. Purchased during BOGO sale. Only received 1 of each qualified item (ordered 3). 2. Called/left voicemail, emailed, inboxed on Messenger, and posted a request for help on one of their many Facebook, sponsored ads. 3. Received communication from "Annie" about how her screen "should have looked" vs how mine looked, and how, " as a special gesture" , they'd send me a free item, AFTER I sent notification to her, of giving them a positive review on TrustPilot. 3. Informed her that I couldn't help how the screens looked on their end and how every item showed as BOGO when I did the transaction, and that I'd be happy to post a positive review after receiving everything I ordered. 4. Received communication that they were sending my missing items. 5. Received my package. Pore cleanser was STILL missing. Glow Wash had been leaking. The pads looked fine. 6. Emailed Annie to inform her of my disappointment, that I will no longer be pursuing this, and that I'd submit the review, as requested. I didn't appreciate the quid pro quo-ish exchange. I expressed that they know they were having a BOGO free sale and that they KNOW people were patronizing that sale because of the advertising they kept sharing. It is very easy and convenient to claim that something wasn't chosen on a screen when you don't send out confirmation emails/invoices. My screen absolutely showed ALL qualifying items as BOGO upon checkout. Way too many people have had this same problem/complaint.
