Horrible experience. Just as everyone else you place and order and then your waiting. I paid for shipping services and it’s been almost a month and still no product. Avoid at all cost!!!

Although it took a very long time to receive. I ordered almost 2 months ago I finally received my glow up pads today. And to be honest I'm not even mad they are very good quality pads and they do just like they advertised when you blow into them lol. But today was my first time trying the pads I really loved the way my face felt after using. I will be doing another review in a week to say if I see any changes with my skin

I ordered their product in Dec 22, 2023. On 17 Jan 2024, I emailed them asking for a refund. They replied and apologized saying there were items out of stock and now they were shipping the skin care product. Then on 18 Jan, they sent an email asking me to rate my experience with the care team person, Nicole. Although Nicole didn’t do anything besides give me a bogus excuse, I replied “I still wanted a refund.” As of today 27 Jan 2024, I’ve sent them several emails asking for a refund. And yet, I Have not received one!!! They deserve zero stars and to be shut down. They deserve zero stars!!! They stole money and falsified timely delivery. Some comments on their website said they received the product in 3 days. Or “it came so fast!” Alll lies

I am leaving a one because I can’t leave less. I placed an order with this company and never received my order. I emailed and never received any replies … to FIVE emails! Order at your own risk. My experience has been they take your money and then then no contact.

Yea, they got me…I’ve had all the same negative experiences!!! This company is a SCAM who stole the videos from a real company that is a small black owned business. I found this out AFTER I ordered unfortunately. PHOR ESSENTIALS is the real brand that these people are imitating…smh I ordered 12/31/23 it is 1/26/24 still nothing but a useless order #. I don’t even want whatever it is this fake company May send me anyway!!

Should have done my research. I kept seeing this brand pop up on instagram and thought I’d give it a try. Placed an order on 1/12 and haven’t received anything yet. This isn’t acceptable to me. I don’t need the product but I at least need updates on my order or delays. When I tried to track my order it comes up as not found. I thought this was legit, but it’s sounding more and more like a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Beware they are in fact indeed a fraud I just filed a complaint with my attorney general Dave yost & the BBB I had to get them involved sugar baby have no phone number & no real email to contact them so if you go on the site you will see there is no way of contacting them they created the label 2 months ago but never dropped items off at usps
