0 star actually. This company is definitely fraud and engaging in scamming. Like everyone else my experience is the same. Order the products weeks going by no updates re shipping or anything & no response to several emails sent asking where is my product. I see others saying their tracking didn’t work well I didn’t get to the point of receiving any tracking info at all. My order only shows order placed. I reached out to my bank for a refund. They are also investigating. I’m not sure why I didn’t see these reviews before spending my money…….guess I was so excited after watching their viral videos on TikTok. Should have known it was too good to be true. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Never received my order. Heard that they buy from another company and repackage. Avoid!

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY,IF IT EVER EXISTED, IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED DONT KNOW IF THEY WERE OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF ORDERS OR THEY NEVER WERE A BUSINESS. PLEASE CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO YOUR BANK FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE OR IF YOU USED PAYPAL, FILE A COMPLAINT. THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED JAIL TIME DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING.

I have received my products, but there is NO option on their website to cancel your subscription. Even after fulfilling the 90 days as in the original purchase of the glow up bundle, there is no option to cancel or renew. I have emailed them and attempted to live chat on their website with absolutely NO results. Do NOT give this company your credit card information.

UPDATE: February 14th, 2024.. I recently went to the post office due to my order claiming it was “Delivered” but was not, so when I went to ask someone at the post office I was told the tracking number I was given wasn’t even under my (Name/Address), it wasn’t even from the SugarBabyCare company. I did finally get ONE response after 10+ emails to the company for someone to tell me “It shows your order was delivered. Please Confirm?” … This is ridiculous. 0 STARS!! I ordered DECEMBER 11th 2023. It is now towards the end of January 2024. I have sent 5 emails with no response. I tried to call the number given, it doesn’t even work or go through. I spent OVER $250 with this company. NO PRODUCT, NO SHIPPING UPDATE. If I don’t get a response soon, there will be further action being taken.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I lost count of how many times I emailed this company to refund my money because I never received my order, and I received not one response. I never want to do business with a company that has poor customer service.

I ordered on 12/31/23 and still have not recieved after 3 weeks. Tried live chat and no one ever corresponded. Emailed through the address they advertise no response. Called the telephone number listed and it does not work. This is a SCAM!!
