It took the package 1.5 months to arrive and then to add insult to injury, they packaged it SO poorly, all the liquid turmeric soap leaked out of the bags. They have no customer service, they don’t respond to emails, they delete your comments asking for help off their Instagram and they don’t respond to Instagram messages. Never ever ever will I order from this company again.

Same as others are saying. I purchased in December and now it’s January and still haven’t received anything. other reviews show they are scamming people out of their money. i wish i would’ve known before purchasing from them smh! Take them down.

I would give no stars if I could. I placed an order and haven’t gotten a response about the status and it’s almost been a month. I will be reporting to BBB and any where else I can. Also, If I happen to come across those ads on social media again I will be stating my truthful experience.

Customer service is non existent…I was excited about supporting this company and getting my items however nothing ever shipped. I reached out to the company to inquire and I never heard back. It’s unfortunate to do all of this promoting and posting on social media to not respond to customers or send products. Now I have to dispute with my bank…

This my second time ordering from this product the product itself is good but the company is unprofessional what kind of company doesn’t have a customer service department to reach someone pertaining your order I place my order 2 weeks ago it has yet to be delivered and I’ve reach out several times on their so call email this company's isn’t prompt on delivery or timing this will my last order!!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I placed an order on 12/31/2023. I tried to contact several times no respond. This is a scam they are taking people money and won't respond. I tried to track with the order number and it said order not found. To this day I STILL HAVE NO RESPOND NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND!! Like everyone else I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!!

Ordered $70 worth of products first week of December 2023. I received a message through the Shop App and it gave me a tracking number; so I was excited. Well after a few weeks went by, I started looking through my email to see if I had any updates and nothing was sent. So around 12/27 I started emailing the company, no response on an update. Went back to the tracking number and it says “SHIPPED” but it says USPS is still awaiting item. That’s when I knew something wasn’t right. I figured it was because of the sale they promoted and it was around the holidays; so I was trying to be patient thinking they were overwhelmed with the orders. Emailed 2 more times this month and nothing has changed on the tracking status and no replies. Took my money and I’m so frustrated. I guess I need to dispute this charge and report them to the BBB. I strongly encourage all the bad reviews to do the same.
