On September 26 I cancelled a second auto ship order (Order #77600) before shipping, but it still shipped October 2nd. I was charged $64.97 I also told them to pause any future orders for 90 days. The cancellation and pause was confirmed by email on Sept 26. I emailed this company on October 2nd to tell them the order still shipped without my permission. I asked for a refund, but there was no reply. On October 26, I again was charged another charge less for new order (Order # 790416) though any orders were to be paused for 90 days. I was again was charged $64.97. At this point I want both charges refunded in full. Any unauthorized goods I receive I will gladly return if they pay for shipping and return packaging. Do not spend a dollar with this company. Customer Service is horrible and their reviews are poor.

I made a one time purchase, used the product twice and broke out really bad. Not only that, I was automatically put on a subscription. I’ve been back and forth emailing them about my refund. They want a pic and I will not send one because of the area being close to my private area. They will respond then stop all of a sudden. I was promised a refund, then when I reached out again, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about so I had to resubmit everything from the previous correspondence. Now they’ve stopped responding. They have a refund policy.

Auto signs you up for subscription and then does not have a customer service to cancel. Also product does not work and will leave your skin worst. I don’t recommend, check reviews on Google as well.

I was bamboozled into a membership that I didn’t sign up for. You can’t call them only email communications. The product broke me out and I had to see a dermatologist and had to take an antibiotic. I made them aware and I was promised my membership would be canceled because of this and it wasn’t. I was charged a third month and was promised I wouldn’t‼️I want my money back and they can have all of the unused bottles back‼️

⭐ 1/5 Stars – Terrible Customer Service & Misleading Subscriptions! Extremely disappointed with this company and its lack of customer service! Their subscription practices are misleading, and canceling a membership has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve experienced multiple attempts to charge my card and have reached out NUMEROUS times through both email and Facebook requesting cancellation. Unfortunately, all I seem to receive are automated AI responses instead of actual assistance from a real person. It’s beyond frustrating when a company makes it so easy to charge customers but nearly impossible to cancel a subscription. Customers should NOT have to jump through hoops, send repeated messages, or worry about unauthorized charges just to end a membership. My advice: BEWARE of their subscriptions and think twice before providing your payment information! A reputable company should prioritize transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would NOT recommend this company!

RUNNNNNNN FARRRR ALL of the negative reviews are 100% . They make you think youre making a ONE TIME PURCHASE, but youre really unknowingly sign up for a subscription and you dont realise until the next month when money comes out of your account. Customer service is not even a thing. They may answer you 1 time but as long as its to cancel this subscription they never answer, even the emails. ITS A SCAMMMM . Their products DO NOT WORK! the rose oil smells like cooking oil from your kitchen! RUNNNN FAR. The stretch marks soap smells disgusting and does not work! I had to climb through a lot of hoops to cancel that subscription.RUNNNN AWAY!

I placed an order once for face pads and was emailed about a month later that my credit card was going to be charged again and I was enrolled in a subscription. There was no information regarding a subscription in my order or my confirmtion when I placed the order. The face pads completely fall apart when I try to pull them out of the container. I don't even use them. I certainly don't want more. I have spent weeks emailing them. I get AI responses that go in a circle. This company is a nightmare.

They are intentionally making it impossible to cancel and hiding behind fine print to keep charging customers. Save your money and steer clear of Sugar Baby Care!
