Updating my review as of 7/16/25. I did get my full refund however it took way to long to get to that point when I did email multiple times regarding this order. Paid extra to have delivered BY FATHER'S DAY! Here we are in July still nothing I asked for my money back they said id have it delivered within the week well that week has come and gone. So disappointed thinking this would have been a great gift for my ten year anniversary just ended up with nothing in the end. This was not a great experience for me

I’ve read the other reviews, my experience is patience when a company starts. Anytime you have a question ask customer service, communication is essential. I can said my first question was answered the next day. I read before I ordered everything that included in approval of proof, then to processing. I emailed again to check and Nolan was great both times. I will say make sure your photo has enough brightness to capture all details. First proof was not approved because of darkness but I emailed another great photo and it was excellent. Any memory I want to capture, I will be a returning customer. Story in Steel was a great Silver Anniversary. I wish I could share our frame.

Granted I waited a little longer than I thought I would have to, but it was well worth the wait. I was super stoked about the quality of my piece. My wife absolutely loved it and so did I. I was hoping it would be as good as it is and I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I would also do this again if ever the need is there. I'm so glad I ran across this on the internet

I received a Story in Steel for Christmas, and it took me a while to design how I would rearrange things and make it fit in. The next thing I knew, it was March, and I’d lost the mounting bolts. ☹ But I e-mailed customer service, and Nolan immediately shipped a replacement for a fair price. 😊 It’s all about customer service after the sale.

Excellent product, looks exactly like the proof they created. Thought there was going to be an issue getting it by Christmas, but their customer service was top notch and the product showed up just in time.

Worked out well. Had one made for two friends and I wanted images from two different photos. One where she looked right and the other where he did. They combined them and made exactly what I wanted. My friends were very happy with the piece made. Nolan was the CS rep I communicated with and did a great job as well.
