easy to order
easy to order. final product is quality. I thought the initial drawing could have been more like the picture, but I am no artist. I wish I had known that it would take almost a month so I could have ordered sooner.

Dismal customer service
This was a gift I bought for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Paid extra for expedited shipping, because she travels for work, and it still took over three weeks. So long, that my wife had left for work when it arrived. When she returned, we opened it. They put their brand insignia and name right on the front. It's an eyesore. They don't tell you this when you buy it and they don't offer an option to remove it. For a flimsy product the $200 plus price tag for an advertisement is a shock. I contacted customer service, looking for a solution, which they dragged out and have now stopped responding to my emails. Frustrating. No offer to address the issue, no offer for a refund or any kind of solution. Big disappointment for something I was buying for such a special occasion.

Package delivered with no artwork!
Package delivered today, but no artwork in the box! Only the frame. No phone number to call! What do I do?

The artist's rendering in steel is fun…
The artist's rendering in steel is fun and a great idea. The "wood" backing is a nightmare as they stick a "protective plastic" on it and there is NO WAY to peel it off without leaving sticky residue! I can only imagine how much dust might cling to it over a matter of time, so why would I want to gift this? If it was $50 I could see it, but $200 for 8x10 and dealing with that residue - awful. They were kind and sent another backing but it's the same awful "protective plastic" that I spent over an hour trying to delicately peel off.

Future Return Customer
The end-product was perfect, but it took a bit longer than I expected to arrive. To be fair, I didn't read the details very well. And when I contacted the company about how long it was taking, they got back to me quickly, professionally, and politely eased my mind. I'll definitely do more business with them in the future.
