Cool art, almost captures look
Ultimately, it is a very cool piece but I believe the concept itself is very difficult to pull off. Teeth always look strange.

the logo on the front of the picture is too large and prominent. spoils the front. also the simple request I made to add a date to the frame was made well before the picture was completed and you could not accommodate that request.

Second picture
Second picture we have converted to a Story in Steel. Very happy with the product as a tribute to our family pet. Both have come after an unexpected loss of our family pets.

I like the idea but it is really more portrait art. I wanted to have background( mountains) and perspective in this art is lost. I think the artist should bring people closer and make them bigger on first plan

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you liked the concept and truly appreciate your suggestions. Our portraits are designed to focus mainly on the subjects themselves, but we completely understand your wish for more background detail and depth. We’ll reach out to you to discuss your vision further, we offer free revisions before production and are happy to adjust the composition to better match what you had in mind. – The Story in Steel Team.

Ordered the piece a month before my…
Ordered the piece a month before my anniversary thinking I would have plenty of time to have it made, shipped, and delivered to my wife. My item shipped out 3 1/2 weeks after ordering it, then just sat at their facility for almost 2 weeks not moving. I reached out and I was told they were looking into it. I never heard anything back. I was about to ask for a refund when it FINALLY showed up at my house. All the excitement was gone by the time my wife received her gift and I wish I would have gone with something else due to the expensive price and extended time we had to wait.

We’re truly sorry your anniversary gift arrived too late for the moment it was meant to celebrate. Although the portrait was ultimately delivered, we understand that timing is part of the experience, especially for a meaningful occasion. We also should have followed up after telling you we were investigating the stalled shipment. You deserved clearer updates and better support throughout the delay, and we take responsibility for falling short. - The Story in Steel team.
