I bought a Kamvas pro 16 for photo editing. Nice surprise : the package arrived earlier than expected and the product looks good. Then disappointments followed one after another : average screen quality and fully rose that you have to try to calibrate with a really poor manual user, the pointer is not in front of the pen and for once easily configurable but not for so long the problem reappearing after few minutes, my mac's screen flashes intermittently when connected to the tablet... Really disappointing. After hours spent trying to set up properly the tablet, asking for help to Huion without answer, I finally decided to ask for sending back the product and get a refund. What astonishment to see the customer service refusing it whereas the law in the country of purchase specify that I don't even need a reason to ask for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They charged pretty much double the original price in shipping for it to not even come. Do not buy from here, chances are you will get scammed. If you want one of their items buy it from a different place.

I'm very disappointed about the recent order I bought from the official store. I ordered a screen protector from them and pen nibs. So far I only received the pen nibs. I've been waiting for almost two months from them so I can finally draw on my tablet yet unfortunately, I have to issue a refund for the missing item since my patience is running low. I don't prefer waiting for another 2 months for it to arrive so please, improve your service next time :))

Ich habe das Q11K und der wireless USB receiver funktioniert überhaupt nicht mehr. Der Kundenservice verlangt ständig Videos anstatt das Problem zu lösen.

Bought a Kamvas 13 today. What a piece of crap. Doesnt work properly on latest macbook pro. Usb-c to usb-c definately not working. Brush input lag in photoshop as well as picture tearing when moving the image. Lower resolution doenst help. Tried it als on my PC under windows 10, same problems. Returned also today...

I bought a drawing tablet, which have 1 year warranity. The pen got faulty. I contacted the customer service.l. They ask me same things again and again, that was flustrated. After a month they solved the problem, sent me a new pen.

The brush lag is unbelievable, I improved the performance both on Ps and AI and re-installed the driver so many times, actually trying all the different versions. Never had these problems with my previous tablet, I'm gonna sell it straight away, it's extremely annoying.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I urge anywhen with a product in the basket do not buy from this company. I doubt this is their official store and if it is their business practice is corrupt. I paid nearly £800 for one of their pen displays. It wasnt shipped and I asked for an update in broken English they said they hadnt shipped it, this was a week later. I then asked to cancel the order and process a refund. They said they wouldnt refund in full. They are clearly running a scam. I am now in disputes and am trying get my money back. If this is how they treat a customer who hasnt even received a product they paid for and not recieved then it has little hope for anyone else receiving a quality service. Also I'm sure there will be a sting in the tail in the form of import taxes which I wasn't made aware of at the time of buying.
