I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service, i ordered a present for my girlfriend under the notion that the expedited shipping (3-10 business days) was legit and some what accurate. it’s been roughly two weeks since i’ve ordered this product and i have yet to receive any follow up information about tracking or shipment, i did however get an email they received my money. i am very very close to contacting my bank to report a scam. i’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response, AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS, i’ll update the view if anything changes but at this point i am not hopeful at all. what a waste and horrible experience

Worst Experience Ever. On the verge of scammers. The official store is terrible and the customer support is unreachable. Please avoid at all costs.

Huion Kamvas 13 good drawing tablet. First drawing tablet I've ever owned. Terrible customer service, Reddit assisted in solving the technical issues. Clunky set up for computer and still doesn't work with adobi. Only works with fire alpaca. Ordered when in the UK and charged over £50 in customs! Wasn't told that at checkout. Once you've ordered a drawing tablet they don't care. This was even WITH buying using PayPal (usually companies support more as more easy to get a refund via PayPal).

So i recently ordered the Kamvas 16 (2021) from the EU store, and actually got it pretty fast. But after a couple hours of testing it was pretty clear the product was broken. The display works pretty good, but there is a square across the screen with dead space where the display wont detect the pen. Extremely annoying. I've tried different drivers, different computers, but the issue is the same. It's a hardware problem.. maybe it got damaged while shipped - so im not 100% sure it's Huion's fault. I've tried to reach out to their customer service, but it's pretty clear it's an automated response offering no real help. I would like a replacement. The 1 star is for the otherwise okay product, and the second one is for fast delivery. I'll give 5 stars when i get a replacement. EDIT: So Huion actually did help me, and promised me a replacement. And im pretty convinced it wasnt huions fault it broke, as they were confident enough to let me keep the other display. I'll change it to 5 stars as soon as i get the replacement. 2nd EDIT: Just got the replacement unit. Works perfectly. Actually good customer service. The responses after the first automated one, was real people actually trying to help. Nice product

I thought it would be okay because it's an official store because I was desperate for a new tablet that wasn't wacom, but I was dead wrong. Not only was there so little initial information about the tablet that I didn't get to know my computer wouldn't be able to run it until it arrived, but not once did I receive a single email from them about anything besides the barely helpful customer service member I contacted. This lead to me never receiving a refund for a 400 DOLLAR ITEM, despite adhering to their bizarre return policy. Seriously still considering contacting my bank. Not only that, but the service rep actually tried to encourage me not to return my tablet and blamed me for not knowing the specs, that their site doesn't actually list as requirements, but instead as features. They clearly know they're struggling to get rid of their garbage. For me, it was nothing to do with the shipping time, it was being in the dark about an expensive, needed item for 2 weeks and then being practically gaslit about it.

If I could give negative stars I would. The official store is terrible. Avoid at all costs. It promises a shipment duration of 10-15 working days and I still have not gotten my device. No tracking is available for the order unless you email the customer service and personally badger them for one. All follow up emails about delays and questions for the shipment receipt day were replied to perfunctorily at best. When I asked in an email if I would be able to receive my package within this week, they replied “I know how much you are eager to expect the package. I hope you will get you package soon” (direct quote) with no other helpful information. DO NOT buy from the official store. I can’t review the tablet because I still HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING. Edit: main issue isn’t just shipping time, it’s the poor customer service as well

Hi, I was in the market for a new Drawing and Painting Pen Display tablet recently, and I looked long and hard as we usually do when we have to choose between a couple of very good challengers with great products. Pen Displays are similar to a normal Tablet like the iPad and Samsung S7, except they need a computer to plug the display into, because they use the power of your CPU and video card. Some Pen Displays have touch and some of them don't have touch capability, which is what I prefer, as this is mainly for drawing & painting on with a stylus pen, and the touch at the moment can be a bit unreliable. Touch pen displays also have what they call "palm rejection" to try and differentiate between you drawing and your palm or hands accidentally touching the screen display, however, this can be a bit hit and miss, mainly because the sensitivity electronics sometimes can't decide whether you are drawing or are accidentally touching the screen for example, so it's frustrating when the screen keeps switching around, when you don't want it to, but this will get better as time goes on. The 2 options were the Standard and Plus versions and I ended up buying a new 2021 Kamvas Pro 16 (4k) PLUS Pen Display and I am extremely happy with my Kamvas Pro 16 (4k) PLUS and even now if I could change, I would not. >> Note: This is the New 2021 "Kamvas Pro 16 (4k) PLUS" Pen Display, not the old model with High Definition resolution, That is called the "Kamvas 16" and does not have the word "Pro or 4k" in the title. From a physical size and case point of view, they are both the same, except the PLUS version has and uses Quantum Dot Technology, which increases the Colour Gamut, meaning the range of colours it can display accurately increases on the Plus. The Contrast Ratio increases from 1000:1 on the std, to 1200:1 on the PLUS. Both models display 16.7 million colours and have a 178-degree viewing angle. Both Kamvas Pro 16 (4k) models are 4k resolution and this is a really important improvement because when drawing, painting or designing on a Pen Display you are much closer to your screen, so you see a lot more details, but now with 4k, I can't see the pixels and the details are just so fine. SUMMARY OF COMPARISONS BETWEEN STD & PLUS MODEL A) Viewing Angle: STD=178 - PLUS=178 Degrees B) The Contrast: STD=1000:1 - PLUS=1200.1 C) The Colour Gamut: STD=120% sRGB/88% NTSC - PLUS=145% sRGB/105% NTSC. F) Display Screen Size is 16 inches The new stylus Pen comes included, and is called the PW517 and uses Huion's new Pen Tech 3 technology and is just awesome to use. It is very sensitive, has Tilt recognition up to 60 degrees from vertical, 5080 lines per inch resolution, 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity, so you can draw and paint the lightest and finest of line details and colour with ease. It is Battery Free and never needs to be charged as it gets its power from the electromagnetic waves produced by the screen and I have found it a joy to use. Both screens are 8 bit, IPS Screens and are Fully Laminated with anti-glare etched glass to help reduce high glare and does a very good job at it. It also helps to give you a more organic user experience, almost like drawing on real paper. Both display 16.7 million colours and the colours look gorgeous, well saturated, bright and precise with that colour gamut coverage. Both 16-inch screens have a screen response rate of 25ms. It also comes with a Stand included and I also got the New KD100 Portable KeyPad that is programmable for shortcuts using the keys. The Pen Display drivers were easy to install on my Windows 10 pc, using an Intel i9 CPU, 64 gigabytes of Ram, I use an NVidia RTX video card and that handles the display with no problem and room to spare. There is no pen lag while drawing and painting and because the display is fully laminated as one unit, there is zero Parallax that I can see, which is the gap between the tip of the Pen and the glass where the "pixels" come out underneath the pen tip. The Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4k) and PLUS version can also operate as a Pen Tablet. When you turn the screen off, you can use the Pen Display as a Drawing Pen Tablet, just like you would a normal pen tablet. It also works with your Android Devices like your smartphones and tablets, laptops. So if you have a Laptop, you can take your Pen Display with you and it plugs into your USB-C port and uses that for information and power. Sorry, this was a bit long, but hopefully, this helps a bit. As I mentioned, I am very happy with the performance, 4k resolution, screen brightness, contrast and the colours are stunning. The pressure-sensitive stylus pen works just like you're drawing and painting on paper. I think you will be very happy and impressed as I was if you try it. Cheers Kev Borg

Le produit ne fonctionne tout simplement pas et le support est une honte qui méprise ses consommateurs quand on demande pourquoi la connectique ne fonctionne pas en étant neuve et pourquoi l’écran est totalement désaturé. Plus jamais de prosuits de chez eux!!
