HUION Drawing Monitor KAMVAS Pro 13 While the product itself is ok, there are other tablets that have the same functions and are better. What you should really watch out for is the horrible customer service with Huion (Not Amazon... Amazons great). However Huion took almost 4 months to review my issue with the cord breaking due to poor manufacturing and they decided against warrantying it and told me I needed to spend another $80 to replace it. Read up on the reviews online as Huion is known for their horrible service. Thus I will never buy a Huion ...anything ever again. If I could give Zero stars I would.

The customer services are stupid. So stupid it hurts to talk with them. They are so unprofessional and only know how to copy paste the answer. Fired them all and hired new customer services with a professional attitude and TRAINED them well!!! They NEVER EVER answer my question or EVEN READ my message to them. They reply exactly the same as anyone who ever asked them. I don't recommended this company EVER to anyone else. Do some research before buying from this what so called "company". Never gonna recommenced or even talked about it to other people about this "brand" Even one star is too much for them

Still haven’t received my tablet. 5 to 7 working days is turning into 30 days of waiting and no one wants to assist me and no one can tell me where the tablet is. I want a refund of shipping money, at the very least. Customer service refuses to assist me anymore.

If these people say you people at huion sucks, then I'm just gonna ride the bandwagon.

Yeah, so I have my Huion Art tablet (1060PLUS) and when I plugged in my tablet, my Mac went into shatters. It started to glitch out. I tried to uninstall and restart, no luck. So I went to customer service to see if they could help. All they suggested was "uninstall and reinstall the driver". NOTHING ELSE. I told them I tried that, but they kept suggesting it. I'm gonna get my computer fixed by Apple instead of these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN NEEDED.

Their customer service is absolute trash!!! 1 year ago I tried to return a tablet that was malfunctioning and they constantly tried to convince me to keep it without letting me a chance to return it. It was almost as if they did not accept any returns at all! SO HUION THANKS ALOT FOR LETTING ME KEEP YOUR FAULTY PRODUCT! NEVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN!

Their tablets do not work no matter how many poorly written manuals (that come with the products) or walkthroughs or guides you try to read. No responses to questions either.
