Quick delivery, great product

It was not clear from their website or any step of the ordering process that the pen we ordered was for a different version of the pad. When I made the suggestion, to improve this information, I was sent a screenshot with the pen number circled. Maybe we are just dumb, but something like ' this pen only works for x tablet' would have saved us cost. Also cheaper to order from amazon, to avoid surprise duty fees of 24$.

Purchase experience was smooth, the tablet arrived in 1 week in perfect condition. The tablet itself is à blast ! Absolutely in the same league as Wacom for a much nicer price tag. Well done !!

Compared to “standard” plastic nibs they provide a better and more natural “paper feel when drawing” I would recommend to anyone who has a Huion pen that supports these nimbs.

I'm satisfied

This is a nicely designed unit quite suitable for smaller tablets. It was recommended for Kamvas 24. However it is simply not strong enough for that size and doesn't provide a stable platform. I also felt it was overpriced.

Great service. Good updates

I had one of their tablets for years and had constant problems with it until it finally gave out. I bought a new one, and within a week it also stopped working. I've verified that it is not a problem with my computer; nothing in my system is blocking it, and all of the USB ports are functioning properly. To make matters worse, the "support" FAQ they offer on their site is worthlessly vague, only giving a very brief list of solutions. $80 for something that barely functions. Never buying from them again.
