I just wanted to say that even tho Huion might not be the biggest company in this industry they make up for it in customer service, I was very grateful to have received great help in a timely manner. My issue was that I needed to get my Kamvas replaced and they investigated and made sure the problem was accurate with pics and a short video I sent. They right away apologized for the inconvenience and offered me some refund but I didn't need that I just wanted my kamvas working properly again. They shipped me a replacement right away after confirming there was a issue and being still under warranty. Huion was very professional and I recommend them 100%. I have been blown away with the products and service, I hope they continue to release amazing innovative products. 10 out of 10!

He adquirido un kamvas 22 y al mes se me murió el cable de alimentación.. contacte con el soporte, y me lo resolvieron súper rápido! Me mandaron el cable nuevo y ya puedo seguir con mi trabajo! El Kamva es genial! El tacto entre la pantalla y lápiz súper suave! Estoy encantada! Mi "juguete" favorito! El soporte de ayuda es súper eficiente! Son rápidos y amables! Gracias!

This is my first screen tablet. I think I need to calibrate it again, but so far, I love it! I had a cheap Wacom pad a long time ago. It worked, but it didn't have a screen and was only 4" x 6". The size of my Huion Kamvas Pro 13" is just right for a beginner like me and with the screen built into it, it is a far better experience to draw and paint with! I love it!

So far very good experience with support. Needed to follow up on a delivery which seemed incomplete, but they quickly referred me to the page that shows the orders are sent separately and the second one is still in processing. Looking forward to trying out the Kamvas 24 4k, as I've been working with Wacom Cintiq for the last 15 years, and it's good to see some competition in the market.
