Customer service is impeccable. My wire was twisted, and even though it was a good couple of months after the purchase, they sent me another one and kept following up with me until I received it. Great people.

Due to a little mishap, I was concerned that my cord was heading to the wrong place, a WHOLE DIFFERENT STATE EVEN!!! But luckily, with some help from a few friends and determination, I managed to get in contact with support and got everything situated! It does take a hard time to contact them at times, due to different time zones, but once you are in contact, they are the most helpful!! Note to anyone else ordering from the site, TRUST THE SITE!!! They are not gonna lie to ya. Thank you HUION!!

Screen quality is clear and vibrant, and drawing with it feels great, though the pen can be finnicky at times. After about seven months of having a Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5k), I noticed a line of dead pixels running down the tablet screen despite sustaining no damage. Customer support was quick and professional however and I received a replacement two weeks after I first claimed warranty.

I guess you can have your cake and eat it too. Ticked the box for every feature I could want from a drawing tablet; from the details of the pen, to the extra step of designing the lamination on the tablet screen to feel like paper when you draw, and more. It is also the first (and only) drawing tablet I have come across that is compatible with a mobile phone /and/ android (so far). I was happy with what I bought, but they sealed the five stars with their customer support. I had a question and they were prompt in response, thorough in their exploration, easy to understand, polite the entire time, and supportive to answer any other unsurities that I brought up along the way. Over all, they give me the impression of a professional and organized company. It would seem Huion lives up to their reputation. (Or at least, the parts of it that I've heard.)

Not only these people keep keep emailing you to remove the honest review, but they literally had the audacity to call me at my personal number to ask me to remove the review, which in actual sense should be known to the public. I am thankful for the team to grant me the full refund on the Huion Stylus pen, which had stopped working under the guarantee period. But that didn't happen until I had continuously emailed them again and again for the refund or replacement. SNEAKY PRICES! They always have some sneaky cost under the table as you approach them with any kind of issue in the first place. Shipping charges, replacement charges or any thing of that sort.
