I had a problem with refrubished Kamvas 16 2021display, then Huion support replaced it with a brand new Kamvas 16 within a few weeks. So the support assistant Jane was so kind and patient with me.

Great customer support . I had problem with connectiing huion kamvas and pressures sensitivity issue with my laptop and Evence X from the team solved my issue by providing right drivers and other technical steps and files through mail . Happy with their support and product.

I ordered a Kamvas 16 (2021), partly because I wanted to use felt nibs, but I forgot to add the felt nibs to my order before placing it! I wanted to avoid the shipping fee that ordering the nibs by themselves would incur, so I submitted a support ticket. I got a response the next day, and a resolution that same day within a few hours. A rep named Jane was super helpful, told me they managed to stop the order and add my nibs to it, and gave me some payment options to pay for them, which I did. A couple days later, she emailed me the tracking info. Now I can't wait for my thing lol! This exchange happened by email in the span of only a few hours! Surprisingly fast and human responses. Super happy for the help. Thanks again Jane!

I have a miss order issue with them, but they are very helpful and positive at the same time. It is really unusual but great customer service these days. I highly recommend this company and product!

The customer service I received was a pleasant experience. I very much appreciate the patience and understanding from Evence X. Thanks again for helping me learn the difference between RGB coverage and color gamut and Also the recommendations on your brands mutlitouch standalone computer/drawing screen. I have no doubt that if there is an issue with my kamvaspro 24 in the future, I can rely on the quick response from the team.
