Very helpful customer assistance when my pen became buggy. They sent me a diagnostic software, determined the problem and sent me a new pen while being very polite and responsive.

I resolved my issue before they got back, but that was because they were on a vacation break. As soon as they ended they got back to me. Very nice people! Derek was my service agent.

I honestly feel like I have been scammed. I attempted to buy a Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K). Money left my account but payment was never recognised in their systems. Within 24 hours my order was cancelled but my money was still taken. I attempted to notify them via chat support on their website but no one was ever there (even inside the stated office hours). I tried to resolve the issue over the phone and was told they would get back to me with updates via text. 2 days later and I have not heard anything. I have tried to resolve the issue over email and was told this is a common issue for them and that the money is 'somewhere' between our accounts and they would keep me updated with the progress. I responded to this email a day later and got an automated response informing me that customer support is on holiday for a week... it would have been nice of them to mention that yesterday in their previous email. If my money or helpful customer support doesn't turn up soon I will be forced to take this issue up with my bank. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Customer care was really fast answering and handling the issue. Solution was super fast with a tabket replacement.

Das Kamvas Pro 2.5k-Tablet ist sehr gut, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen ... aber die Huion HS64-Chips habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, weil es nie bei mir zu Hause angekommen ist. Und ich habe dieses Gerät noch nicht. Ich glaube, es ist beim Transport verloren gegangen

An item was missing from my delivery and the support team was very helpful and considerate in solving my issue. The constant contacts and updates on the matter made me feel at ease and eventually my item was delivered without any problems.
