Arnaque pour commande débitée jamais expédiée
Ma commande du 2023-08-27 a été débité sur mon compte bancaire, je n'ai jamais reçu l'article commandé après plusieurs mails et plusieurs réclamations, c'est honteux, aucune explication, rien !!

Great products, use the chat for support
After two months of usage, my Huion Inspiroy H320M stopped working. I tried reaching Huion by email, made tickets, but after two weeks had not heard anything back. The help in the chat was very clear and helpful, and we quickly found out that the problem was in the hardware. Now I had to transfer USD20 for shipment of a new unit. So, 5 stars for an otherwise great product and very good chat support, minus 1 star for not reacting to email and tickets, minus 1 star for charging shipment costs for a replacement of a product that's still under warranty = 3 stars. When I received the replacement, I tried to repair the "old" one (didn't want to void warranty beforehand). The defect was a bad solder joint between the processor and the USB connector.

Quick and Helpful Communication
I purchased a Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K) when it developed some graphical issues. I reached out to customer support and Jane reached back out and walked me through the process of a replacement. Jane was super helpful and very communicative and was able to walk me through the steps that I needed. If I have any issues, I would definitely reach out again.

Super supportive!
I was having problems with a faulty wire for my Pro 16 but didn't know immediately what was wrong. Customer support helped guide me through and get me a replacement on the way!
