First thanks to Huion team for good support, I have a Bluetooth connection issue with my Huion note.On reaching to customer service, they responded and take initiative and finally helped in resolving the issue.I thought I couldn't get proper assistance but they have provided good assistance and follow up.The customer service agent response is great. Jane responded very positively. Hope I will get same response in future also if there is any issue. Once again Thanks to "Jane" and Huion team for the service.

His feedback was truly outstanding, and it was an absolute pleasure conversing with him. He effortlessly addressed one of my requests, making it feel like I was talking to a long-time friend. Excellent service and attention, they help me to solve my problem and their attention was fast and concise. I have been a customer of huion for several years and so far I have not been disappointed. They were very helpful and very friendly in dealing with my problem and above all fast.

After buying a Kamvas 13 and downloading the driver, the pen pressure didn’t work properly. After emailing the service team, I got fast replies and a direct solution. Only after a day or two I can now probably draw, thanks so much to the service team!

I needed a replacement connectivity dongle. Contacted Huion CS and paid amount due to be told it can’t be provided. After persuasion through feedback I was refunded in full and the dongle was made. This arrived in good time seeing that it came from China. All works fine so mission accomplished. Huion have communicated very well and pulled their resources to deliver the customer service expected. Well Done Huion! And thank you.
