I ordered a Kamvas 22 plus but had some tax issues (Dutch tax policy for small business) so i waited to unpack although i really wanted to work with it (since i was afraid i had to send it back). ACHTUNG GROSSER BETRUG!!!!! NICHTS BESTELLEN !!!!!! Ich habe die Ware ungenutzt am 26.06. 2024 zurück gesendet. Die Ware ist auch am 01.07.2024 nachweislich angenommen worden. Mehrere Mail´s bestätigen mit dir Gutschrift auf mein PayPal Konto. Jedoch habe ich bislang nichts erhalten.

I've sent my Kanvas 24 for warranty due to a malfunction (it had 9 months of use) It's been more than two months and i have no feedback. Tried to contact them several times, but no replies. Avoid this website and just buy from the main Huion website. (EDIT: after a few phone calls the matter eventually got resolved, but what was written above is still true, but i'm raising the rate from 1 to 3)
