This is for the facility in Santa Rosa California on Dutton Meadow. The gate has been open for days. I've talked to several people today while I was at my unit that had their stuff stolen. Units are ransacked and left open. Management is not answering the phone. This is ridiculous. The gate code doesn't work.

Well there’s no zero but before when I was unable pay online because system said didn’t recognize me I called local and corporate offices and manager never call me as corporate said would. They don’t work with customer just want fees added. My daughter just had baby week old today that I’ve been trying get help with and thought was on auto pay but finding out today they have to do it. So here I am getting help to get in storage which haven’t been able to and left message couple months ago on voicemail no return call. The agents, they just work here so they have no control of the inconsideration. It appears if attending was touching lock ahead of me so is it a way they can lock your lock. I was told I turned wrong way and I had a couple and an additional guy try help me when last came and no one was able to open. SMH; but oops after assistant it magically opens 😯🙃🫢🤔

I paid my payment on time every month then this month they changed the payment amount. I went to pay on the same day every month and they said I was 20 days late and charged me $20 late fee! When I called no one answered so I emailed them about this. They emailed me back with no response to my email that I wasn’t late. I got a letter that terms have changed and that $150 will be charged after late 30 days! This place is crooked! Don’t go there! I wasn’t late !

Just paid my storage and it was a 30-40% increase from $160 to $185 but I paid $197 today I expected a price increase but not at this rate and so fast, I tried calling but didn't get a reply I'll try again to see why so high so fast, I don't think this is good for business but I rented elsewhere today six of us are already gone after 5 plus years half a decade I'll be moving out soon.

I can't recall the last time (If Ever) that a company such as this told me to my face that, " We don't care about long term customers. Everyone gets a rent increase every six months. Long term or not!" I found that statement to be OUTRAGEOUS! Especially after they just bought out the original owner and told everyone, " We have no plans on raising rents". What a lie this was. We've had two price Increases in the last two months. We researched "Storage King" and discovered that thier from the East coast and one of the largest companies of thier kind with Storage facilities all over the world. They are so large that they care nothing for individual customers and think they can treat people any way they choose. Thier arrogant thieves and will lie straight to your face. DO NOT GO THERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
