No one answers the phone or calls back. Called over several days. though the door had an open sign, the door was locked and no one around.

The small storage units are way to up above and one is required to use a ladder to store their things however heavy.

The elevator was too small to take up multiple items, We had to make several trips & I only rented a 5 by 10 cause I didn’t have a lot, the transport carts to the your facility were in terrible condition, wheels missing & the larger carts wouldn’t fit on the elevator, the door on my unit needed fixing, the metal panel was very loose, however the staff was excellent!!!! The facility is in the neighborhood & the call operations center is very good, thanks

Great experience till I started moving in- -- with no help- just me. I have a inside climate control space. Would help a lot if exterior door had a foot prop to keep open while going in with arms full. Also wish they provided a small flat bed cart so I didn't have to drag/push/pull large tubs. Otherwise-all good.

The space was decent and easy to move into. I think the hours are a bit short but the most important thing and the reason I only gave them three stars is because I had a reservation online for a unit that said it was upper floor but when I got there in person they said that price was only for a basement unit. Other than that the lady upfront was nice and the process went smoothly.
