The staff is great and responsive when we pick up online orders. The on-line system could use some improvements. For example: o They discontinued including order slips with the orders when they're being picked up. o The orders typically included overcharges for the number of bags. Typically, the bag labels are put directly on some products (i.e., Milk, Toilet paper) but the customers are still charged for the planned bags. For example, charged for 6 bags but only 4 bags used. It's not a large amount (i.e., 10 cents per bag, but over time it builds up) o When I asked the staff about it they said it’s a system problem and if a customer brings it to their attention they’ll issue a refund. I feel this is an undue burden on the customer, especially since: o There’s no order slip with the order o The customer has to download / print the order, check it against the actual amount, and then follow-up with the Customer Service desk to arrange for a refund / adjustment. Suggestions for improvement • Have accurate counts for the bags. • Add the “on our way” and “arrived” back to the system • Add “spot number” when entering “Arrived” on the app. • Have Invoices available when the order is complete

Purchased two ham slices on clearance. Both items had your yellow clearance tag. Upon checking out using self checkout, these clearance tags would not scan. I had to ask the customer service person for help. Not being her fault, she had to manually enter this long number twice into your system. This took an incredible amount of time. I was very frustrated at this point. This should have been a in and out transaction. I’m sure a company of your magnitude has the technology to resolve this and get with the program. I shop Shaws and Big Y and I have no issues with their clearance items. You may boast about your new low prices and cleaner stores. However, it all comes crashing down at the checkouts. There is a Shaws about a mile from this location. I will opt for that one next time.

Almost every time I order online, StopandShop advertises items that they don't have in stock. For the past months, they don't have enough workers, so my order is consistently 2-3 hours late. About 25% of the time, items are missing from my order. Not out of stock, they just forget to give them to me. When the service is working it's great. But that doesn't happen often lately.

Melissa Russo who works at Stop & shop at 739 Greenich ave. in warwick is a kind and joyful person. I pick up the bread donations for ST. Paul church soup kitchen. Melissa is always been very kind and helpfull everytime i go and pick up the bakery donations. I just wanted to let Stop & Shop know about the wonderful experience i have when i show up to pick up the donations. Thank you so much for the donations. The guest that show up for a meal said thank you and that they are gratefull for stop & shop.

Last 2 times I visited I was very. Disappointed . The cashier did not know how to count the coins the customer in front of me was paying with. She needed to call someone to help her and was very disrespectful. To him They both seemed to be high schoolers .Bags were so heavy ripped while carrying into house less self service and more cashiers

Purchased their brand Reynolds wrap and it would not unwrap in large section. It kept getting smaller and smaller as the piece. I finally just threw it in the trash. Also, their brand of pizza is awful! Their brand of toilet tissue is also bad- not much toilet tissue! I will not buy their brand again!

Rob- Store Manager in Spfld.. Mass on Liberty St was GREAT! Had a deli "sour" issue as well as Hamburger issue- ALL taken care of however Deli Manager at the same store was NOT very nice as I asked to re-do my deli order- Its unfortunate that deli manager MADE ME take back one item on my deli order instead of making it "FRESH".....Please note- Rob was WONDEFUL!!!!!
