I ordered groceries on line this morning from the Shelton Stop and Shop. The process was simple and groceries were ready to be picked up earlier than scheduled time. I called to add a couple of items that I had forgotten and spoke to Jennifer. She was so pleasant and even called me back to let me know items were available and added to my order. Starting off my day speaking to someone so nice was a great way to start my day! Thank you Jennifer!

Since we had to take my 90 year old mom's car keys away...I have been driving her to get groceries at her local S&S, RIVERDALE RD.,W.SPFLD.,MA 01089...9 months now...I am a BIG Y girl...NO LONGER...I am so impressed with S&S produce&floral section i will never return to a big y again....for 9 months I have been getting the sweetest & freshest fruit&veggies i have ever gotten in my LIFE !!! My flowers last for weeks,and still keep giving !! I made the call this morning to compliment Becky at the wspfld. Store today!..The instacart shopping for mom has never failed mom either...deliveries have ALWAYS gone smooth,never a problem with any person..THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM AT S&S WESTSPFLD. RIVERDALE RD.,MA.01089....GIVE YOURSELF A SHOUT OUT!!

Melissa Russo who works at Stop & shop at 739 Greenich ave. in warwick is a kind and joyful person. I pick up the bread donations for ST. Paul church soup kitchen. Melissa is always been very kind and helpfull everytime i go and pick up the bakery donations. I just wanted to let Stop & Shop know about the wonderful experience i have when i show up to pick up the donations. Thank you so much for the donations. The guest that show up for a meal said thank you and that they are gratefull for stop & shop.

Rob- Store Manager in Spfld.. Mass on Liberty St was GREAT! Had a deli "sour" issue as well as Hamburger issue- ALL taken care of however Deli Manager at the same store was NOT very nice as I asked to re-do my deli order- Its unfortunate that deli manager MADE ME take back one item on my deli order instead of making it "FRESH".....Please note- Rob was WONDEFUL!!!!!

I visited the Stop & Shop on Lincoln Street in Holyoke mass. I talked to the manager about something I couldn’t figure out and she went above and beyond to help me . she is a manager her name is Veronica. I just want you to know that you should have more people working for you to be like her. She was so helpful and courteous. I couldn’t believe it. I have never had that kind of help at Stop & Shop before I can’t say enough about her, thank you very much for making her manager

Super stop and shop grocery store on Northampton St in Holyoke,MA, is the freshest and greatest company to shop for. They always have such fresh produce and an exceptionally, friendly, and wide variety, delicatessen! Both the men behind the counter, are so knowledgeable and really go out of their way to be courteous and kind to the customer. The butcher shop keeps the meat selection stocked well up so you have a lot to choose from. They also, through this covid virus, do their best to keep paper towels and toilet paper in stock. The bakery is closed to the public, but they bake fresh cakes, pies, and cookies, for the taking. The stocking staff and all staff have worked so so hard, during the covid virus, to keep the store user friendly, now in these difficult times. They all really deserve recognition for their long hours and hard work! Thank you Nothampton St Stop and Shop for all you done now through covid, and even beforehand!
