I ordered my groceries online and had them delivered. I got half of what I ordered because this store was out of stock of the things I needed. This has happened a couple of times. I bought a family pack of boneless chicken breast. 2 out of 5 had bones, all had a lot of fat I trimmed off. Usually very happy. From the squire road store, Malden/Revere. On August 3rd. Thank you

Purchased two ham slices on clearance. Both items had your yellow clearance tag. Upon checking out using self checkout, these clearance tags would not scan. I had to ask the customer service person for help. Not being her fault, she had to manually enter this long number twice into your system. This took an incredible amount of time. I was very frustrated at this point. This should have been a in and out transaction. I’m sure a company of your magnitude has the technology to resolve this and get with the program. I shop Shaws and Big Y and I have no issues with their clearance items. You may boast about your new low prices and cleaner stores. However, it all comes crashing down at the checkouts. There is a Shaws about a mile from this location. I will opt for that one next time.

Almost every time I order online, StopandShop advertises items that they don't have in stock. For the past months, they don't have enough workers, so my order is consistently 2-3 hours late. About 25% of the time, items are missing from my order. Not out of stock, they just forget to give them to me. When the service is working it's great. But that doesn't happen often lately.

Purchased their brand Reynolds wrap and it would not unwrap in large section. It kept getting smaller and smaller as the piece. I finally just threw it in the trash. Also, their brand of pizza is awful! Their brand of toilet tissue is also bad- not much toilet tissue! I will not buy their brand again!

You advertise you are lowering chicken prices, cluck cluck cluck. Yet Plum Tomatoes costs $2.49 per pound, A head of Iceberg Lettuce costs $2.49 per head. & A loaf of raisin bread costs $7.49 per loaf. I could go on and on, but you get my point!

Stop and Shop in Monroe,NJ is so unfriendly and short staffed. A few years ago I complained about the same problem, obviously nothing was corrected. Go to the store early in the morning to pick up a couple items there’s 1 register opened. Of course the person in front of you is doing their weekly shopping. Go over to self checkout, which I don’t agree with, that’s taking a job away from someone who needs it. Cashier stands there in case you need help, very unfriendly, you don’t get a greeting a thank you, just a blank look when you leave. Complained about her years ago. Obviously she wasn’t trained in customer friendliness. They are pretty much all like that. Main reason why I don’t shop there anymore, just when I’m desperate I’ll go. I guess us spending our hard earned money there doesn’t need to be acknowledged
