My order was lost. I am not happy with how hard it is to deal with customer service. I went on their page to talk to a live service representative. It was an AI representative.
My order was lost. They sent out a new order, but it took a lot of email complaints. Your costumer service is bad & slow. If I get them I will be happy.

Waste of money
Waste of money, wore for a week had to take them out my work boots making my feet ache more, absolute rubbish

Steppe’s insoles
I ordered 2 pairs of insoles to help with my sore feet. On trying the insoles in my trainers I could easily feel the difference,My feet feel like they’re being cuddled and soothed at the same time whilst walking,absolutely brilliant. If you haven’t tried the steppr insoles yet you’re missing out big style.

Didn't do enything for my feet Didn't like the feeling of them under my feet they were also to narrow I felt as if my feet were going to the side when walking don't like them atall
